Very well-located, close to a metro station but also a walking distance to the city center (~20 min). Beautiful area, very calm and quiet, secure, with a lot of police patrols, as there are government agencies around. Comfortable, modern room, very quiet, facing the inner court.

The room was a bit small, no balcony, but nonetheless well-thought and all needed was available. A high level nag from me - If they'd offer slippers, that would've been the cherry on the cake.

The location was great - handy spot to get around the city and a nice quiet neighbourhood. I didn’t have my meals at the hotel. The building and rooms are tastefully decorated, in a great shape and very comfortable. Air conditioning in the room was fabulous - I’ve often struggled with getting aircon right but in our room it worked perfectly.

It would have been nice to have some complimentary water/drink in the room. I didn’t opt for breakfast at the hotel because the price seemed a bit steep to me.

Room decor was contemporary and trendy. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Quiet street but close to shopping and restaurants .Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff very profesional and friendly. The only issue is that I have to ask 3 time for the iron.

The iron and the ironing board were both dirty and burned and stained my husband´s shirt. The hotel is very nice, but lost´s of thinks in the room were broken, or walls were stained. Also, little kettle and tea facilites would be very helpful especially that the restaurant does not open for dinner.

The location within walking distance to museums and other attractions; the friendly staff.

The lighting: the huge clusters of illuminated globes did not go well with the lovely staircase, which was lined with Azulejos. In the room the same illuminated globes appeared too big and too bright.

The cleaness and location

It was hot out side and de AC should be a more stronger at night and the water temperature fluctuaded alone during the shower getting cold o very hot batches during shower

Location is perfect, hotel is super cool, cleanliness is excellent! Bed is super comforable

The only problem is the staff at the reception. Without a smile, they will do whatever you ask but they will let you know that they are doing it only because otherwise they would get fired. We had that feeling.

Lovely, chic hotel in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was good as well! Very enjoyable stay overall!

Some of the furniture looked a little worn

The room is clean and comfortable. the price match my expectations. I think it could have some food options, like a vending machine for example.

I think it could have some easy food. Other than the restaurant the customer does not have an option to get any food. It could be a good option to have a vending machine to get some snacks.

Location is perfect, very prestigeous and beautiful area. Very nice and modern restyling of the old interior. Cozy patio!

Shower wasnt working properly. The cupboard was in the bathroom, very uncomfortable idea. No space to put the luggage in the room
