Great location. Beautiful boutique hotel in a lively, elegant, tree lined neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was great, bed comfortable, AC good. And the bathroom was nicely appointed.

Only negative is that our room was on a top floor with slanted ceilings. As a taller family, 5’-8” and above, we had to duck in 1/2 of our room. It gave the room character, but was a little difficult to maneuver in.

Lovely room towards the front side of hotel. However a restaurant with bad club music to the left open until 2am 7 days a week. Wouldn’t have minded if it was until 11pm or Friday-Saturday but on a Tuesday after long flight I needed my sleep. Mentioned the notice to the staff after first night and they switched rooms straight up to one facing the back side. Very friendly about it and I was satisfied after.

The reception staff were very professional and friendly, making check-in and check-out very easy as well as helping with finding a taxi and bringing the luggage upstairs. The room was large, beautiful, clean, smelt amazing with a very comfortable bed and beautiful view. The bathroom was large and the room also had a vanity space. The lobby area is beautiful. The location is perfect on a walkable street that makes you feel both in a central location but not in a crazy busy part of town. We absolutely plan to return!

The TV did not work as other earlier reviews said, the shower door didn’t close fully which is only a minor issue but could be addressed. We opted to not have breakfast included but one morning we wanted to try the breakfast on a paid basis but the breakfast room was very full on one day of the weekend so we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast and had to go to the upstairs restaurant to order a la carte breakfast which has never happened in other places.

The hotel was greatly located in the center of Salamanca, next to excellent restaurants and stores, and close to El Retiro Park and Metro Station. The smell when you first walk in to the hotel was lovely and captivating. The customer service and warmth of the staff was superb, we had a bartender help us come up with an itinerary of must see things in Madrid and another to call us a taxi on our last day. The room was nice and spacious enough for my fiance and I. Overall an amazing experience in the hotel and we highly recommend to family & friends!

location is amazing next to phenomenal restaurants and only 20 min from the airport. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Service of the staff was super friendly.

Room i found a bit noisy from the street at night and the duvet wasn't fully covered by the duvet cover, it was loose and all over the place during the night. i think they were just loose sheets. I didn't check as i had to leave as soon as I woke up, but this might need some attention.

The whole staff was incredibly helpful. Front desk staff was awesome, very personable, and went out of their way to make sure eay had an awesome stay. Bar service was excellent, Simone always had a smile and knew us by name. Would highly recommend

Loved everything

It was fresh and modern, in a great location. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. We loved the restaurant ‘Quintins’ … food, drinks, service, ambience were all fab.

Would love to have been able to turn on the air con at night to cool the room down, but I believe the cool air is not operational until the summer season. We were at the front of the hotel so noisy if you leave windows open. We bought earplugs and left the window open, did the trick.

the location is second to none and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel feels glamorous and the amenities are fabulous. Across the road from 2 of the best restaurants in the area and the staff help us get a booking at one. this stay was the highlight of our eight city visit.

Area off the crowds of tourists. Live within the locals. close to everything. great shopping around. Staff super nice and helpful. Lots of charm fir this building. Bed very confortable. Shower and bathroom large.

Surrounded by bars and restaurants so noisy at night. Have to close the windows for a large portion of the night

location was perfect if you’re a light sleeper I recommend staying at a room overlooking the inneryard, it was very quiet cleaning and all of the staff were very good, especially Andrea at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful
