Location superb as it was a 3 minute walk to where family have an apartment. Also only a 5 min walk to the Metro. Room adequate for our needs, had everything we wanted. We could work from there when necessary as the room had a desk and the wifi was good. Bedding was clean and it was nice to have both a sheet and a duvet. Pillows were comfy too. Shower was good and powerful.

I found the bed a little firm but, as it was hot, I laid on the duvet for extra padding and just had a sheet to cover me which worked much better. On the last night we could hear people/TV in another room but not enough that it was a problem.

7 minute walk to the Wizink centre so perfecto for my concert. Also 3 minute walk from the Manuel Becerra metro station. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, private and quiet at night for a good sleep. Plenty of restaurants in the area and 25 minute walk from El Retiro park and la Puerta de Alcalá.

It’s a tiny bit dated and the breakfast was very poor so don’t recommend eating there. The room is basic but over all kept clean and comfortable. It is perfect for a quick stop.

Good Location (quiet and safe, next to metro station and within walking distance of some attractions). The shower was amazing and everything was clean.

The air conditioning wasn’t really cooling the room even when on maximum speed an lowest temps possible which made a it a little harder to sleep. It did cool but not enough. The mattresses were moving all over the place as they were just on top of a base and they kept sliding around. other than that all was good

In those extremely hot days in Madrid the air conditioning in the hotel was a blessing

At past 11 in the morning I went to the hotel cafeteria to ; have some coffee; I asked too for a croissant, to be told that a coffee with a croissant was a breakfast and was no time to serve breakfasts. I found it odd that I could have coffee but not croissant.

Excellent hotel and friendly and helpful staff,really good location for tube or buses and cheap to use the public services,and your not far from everywhere in the city and tube station 2 min walk from hotel and conects to everywhere without having to leave the underground for any connection deffo hoping back there

There was nothing to dislike perfect stay

The location was absolutely perfect. Less than 5 mins walk to the metro station straight into the centre of Madrid in less than 10 minutes. The surrounding area also has lovely bars / restaurants/ parks / shops all within a 5 minute walk The staff are all also very friendly and helpful Absolutely perfect value for money if you want to look around Madrid and have somewhere comfortable to sleep.

The gym is very small and cramped, some of the equipment doesn’t work and it doesn’t have aircon. The room doesn’t have things like a fridge, kettle, iron, toiletries. The towels are changed but the bedding wasn’t and I was there for 4 nights.

Location is excellent. Breakfast was actually very good, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. WiFi was strong. I worked from my room for two days without any issues.

Unfortunately the walls are very thin. We asked for a quiet room but we could still hear everything all night, both nights, from the people next door.

I like the convenience and walking distance to store and food eateries. It was a safe location and felt secure walking out at night

All was great. Front desk person greeted us and was very friendly. I would say the only improvement would be to upgrade the toilet paper to ultra soft lol . Other than that the location the sleep with nice cold AC was great.

The hotel itself is clean and the rooms too. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. It’s a 2-minute walk to the metro, Manuel Becerra. They have a lift and AC has an option for heating and cooling and it’s working! Breakfast is okay. Typical ham, cheese, eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals and beverages.

No bidet (like the rest of the hotels I’ve stayed at).

Friendly English speaking staff on arrival. All the facilities were in good condition and clean. The gym facilities (bikes, treadmills, cross trainers, multi gyms and free weights) were in a slightly cramped room but were a pleasure for a city hotel like this one, and exceeded expectations Location was great for metro (2mins), restaurants, and Retiro park. 24hour manned reception

Like many European hotels no tea/coffee facilities in room but I do miss them every time. The room was advertised and paid for as a single but was a little unusual to have a small single bed. The room was very small but clean and functional, and included good bathroom, some open hanging space and drawers
