UVE Marcenado

Cleanliness, position, kindness of the staff, overall experience.

The only negative point of the experience: bathroom doors cannot be closed. It is just a glass, and it doesn't divide the room and the bathroom area. Not the best solution for privacy :)

The hotel is near the metro stop Prosperidad which is only about 40 minutes from the airport and less than half an hour from the city centre. If you are up for a walk, you can also go to the city centre on foot in about 1 hour. Being a bit off the centre means that the hotel is in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of reasonably-priced bars, tapas places, and restaurants that are not touristy traps! Also, the hotel itself is new and the room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a great bathroom and comfortable mattress. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of both savoury and sweet options including jamon, chorizo, cheese, bread with tomato, tortilla, muffins, and croissant! Also, the staff were friendly. I recommend this place and will go again next time I go to Madrid

It would be nice to have at least one bottle of water in the room included in the price.

Veeeeery comfy beds, great location, nice terrace, friendly staff. The surroundings were very quiet! Thank you for everything! It's clean, warm and the breakfast was great. I will recommend your place to my friends :)

Little things (sooorrry!!) :D 1) toilet paper is so thin that I've never seen it in my life and sorry but it's good for nothing :D 2) A kettle in the room would be great or at least an option to get some hot water any time of the day 3) I could hear my neighbor's phone buzzing all night, so the walls are thin 4) The door to the toilet is something guys... a little more privacy would be great :D 5) no vegetables for breakfast, LIKE ABSOLUTELY zero, none, nothing, not even a little olive :D

The location was close to the metro. The bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view from the balcony on the last floor.

There were no hangers, where you could put your towels after the shower (even if the hotel was encouraging the eco reusing of them). The glass door at the toilet, did not allow any privacy. On the weekend we could hear the music from the nearby night club. The breakfast was monotonous, with no vegetables except the tomato sauce, the yoghurt selection was all sweeter, so really not a lot of options for someone that does not eat meat and takes care of its food.

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The rooms fresh and clean. The amenities were ok. Breakfast was very good with good service and extendend time. The location was OK, in a safe neighborhood and near a metro station. The most remarkable thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who were very collaborative and kind

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was kept super clean, housekeeping excellent. Modern and nicely furnished rooms. Good breakfast. Value for money.

It is not very close to the city center and the neighborhood is a bit "dead" in the evening, but with good organization we could manage going to the city center in the evening.

It was all great, clean, cozy rooms, with all facilities including breakfast and cleaning service everyday. You have all you need around the hotel, metro station, restaurants, coffee shops and pastries and also many markets. They also have a room for keeping luggages after check out.

They really have poor fonic rooms isolation. It can be disturbing to hear your neighbours alarm in the morning and every move or step from the other room. This is the only disadvantage at this accommodation, but if you can ignore that, it’s a really nice place to stay in Madrid.

I had the pleasure of spending four nights at UVE Marcenado and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was remarkable; the entire establishment was immaculate. The room itself was a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and functionality. The serene atmosphere that enveloped the hotel ensured that I enjoyed restful nights of sleep throughout my stay. From the well-equipped room to the peaceful ambiance and attentive staff, UVE Marcenado offers an exceptional hotel experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the memorable stay. Without a doubt.

However, one aspect worth noting is the breakfast options. While the overall experience was outstanding, I found that the breakfast choices were somewhat limited for individuals who prefer Halal food. It would be wonderful if UVE Marcenado could expand their offerings to cater to a more diverse range of dietary preferences.

This is a delightful, modern hotel tucked away in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood. We chose it in part because it's a pretty short ride (15 minutes) to the airport, but we also appreciated that it gave us a good peek at life in Madrid away from the tourists. Great local Don Pan café just across the street for a cappucino & croissant (2.60€), though the hotel does offer its own breakfast.

It's not on a direct metro line to and from the airport, so a taxi (30€ flat rate to the airport) is the fastest option. And of course it's a bit away from city center, but we still walked the ~3 miles to e.g. San Miguel Market on a crisp November day.

This hotel is a secret gem. What an experience. I can only highly recommend it. Everything was very clean, very nice and helpful staff. The location is very convenient with metro station 3 minutes far away with a connection to the whole Madrid. I will definitely select it during my next stay. Building itself is very well noise isolated what increase a level of comfort. The whole comfort is on a very high level. Only minor comment - I was missing vegetables during breakfast. No big deal at all but. This hotel with level of service is not 2-star hotel - don't get confused. After my stay in UVE Marcedano, I moved to 5-star hotel and cannot say I had better comfort or experience at all.
