Great place, 2nd time I am staying in this hotel. Rooms are big which feels awesome. We had a view on the swimming pool. Common areas look great. I loved that there are both, bath and shower in the room, and the kitchen. I will come again!

I like having my phone charging next to my bed, but in this room the only available plugs were quite far from the bed. Imagine if you need to charge your phone, at the same time you have to get up at 5am to catch a flight.. May be having in the room an electrical clock with alarm could help then.

Located in a safe, clean and silent residential area, very well located with easy access to public transport and close by hospitals. It's also easy to get around by car, parking was included with our room. Very easy access to main roads of Madrid. The room was big, spotless and reasonably well kept. Super quiet, no noise could be heard from either the interior or exterior. The bed was huge (2x2m king size) and very comfortable. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, thank you for making everything so easy for us, we felt safe and well taken care of. The reason of our trip was a family medical emergency, and having everything be so smooth was a relief and we appreciated being able to rest in such a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Metro is short walking distance, trip to centre takes 20-25 mins. We had spacious room, Madrid was hot, but AC worked efficiently.

It is not really 5 stars when you do not have your luggage taken care of straight from the entrance. Hotel bar is closed permanently, pool bar is getting closed at 4pm, while the pool works until 21.30. Forget about drink at the bar. Breakfast was tasty, but fried eggs usually cold.

The rooms are super-big, and are really a suite, like a small apartment for yourself. They are quite luxurious, but they are starting to feel a little bit used. Nothing too bad yet, but perhaps in some time a facelift would be needed.

Everything was good. This hotel is a little bit expensive, but it offers appartment-like rooms that are not that easy to find in Madrid. In a 5 star hotel you would usually you would get a room that is a quarter of the rooms in this place.

All went well, the hotel is very nice, a bit far from the city, and the metro station was about 500 meters away, but in all a good experience, we did not dine or consume food on the premisses.

The air conditioner was disconected, not off, but disconnected, so when I went to the AC pannel it was dead for the first two days, I thought the hotel had Central air, so I did not say anything, after the second night I complained about the heat, and they sent someone to check out the AC unit, and he stated that it was disconnected and showed me a breaker pannel behind a painting.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Amazing room and facilities. Comfortable, clean, quiet and with a great view. Amazing bed. Super close to local supermarket and metro. Free parking too.

Nothing. The air con didn't seem to work when I first got to the room but the staff were incredibly quick to get it working again. Worked flawlessly afterwards.

The size of the room, the bed and the pillows were super comfortable, Paula was incredibly nice, and breakfast staff as well. Breakfast itself was OUTSTANDING. The room offers a lot of useful toiletries and has some appliances that can save you in case of need as an iron or a hairdryer. A plus for the free parking. And another big plus for the jacuzzi tub!!

I'm sorry but I actually did not completely like how the reception chief talked to me. But it may have only been a subjective opinion. My companion could not have breakfast in the restaurant because on Sundays it starts at 8.30 and he needed to leave earlier. That's a pity because it was amazing (I took it later). But the staff offered him a takeaway picnic that we could pick up before that time.

Very spacious and clean room with a nice view. Very good breakfast buffet with many different options. Large bathroom, featuring both a bath tub and a shower. PS: Various stores (e.g. super market, mall, restaurants, pizzeria) exist in the surrounding neighbourhood (10 min walk)

Despite that fact that the room was extremely spacious, some of the furniture were rather old and some internal doors did not close entirely. Moreover, its location is quite far from the many city attraction (30mins by the metro).

the location, the local area is safe and there is a supermarket near by lovely walk but it’s abit far out from the city centre we had a young baby and didn’t want to use public transport and we also had a car but didn’t want to drive into a busy city and give ourselves stress. taxi costed €30 going and €24 coming back

Staff were amazing, polite, informative, helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was enormous, comfy bed, great facilities with a superb bath. The pool was great, loungers comfy with as many towels provided as you wanted. Location wise, 18 euros in an uber to Gran Via although there are bars/restaurants close by at La Viguada about a mile away. There is a supermarket 200m away with everything you need. Bath robes and slippers included, even toothbrushes and toothpaste. 5 star experience
