Great breakfast with a wonderful variety of options! Different type of milks, fruits, breads, cheese, cereals and delicious pastries. The room was comfy and spacious. They allow us do the check in 1 hour earlier and the check out 1 hour later. The personnel was helpful and kind, giving good advices for all our requests. The facilities were clean and it has a fancy style.

The hotel isn't in the city center (probably 20-25 minutes by subway). However it has a subway station (Suanzes) 5 minutes away (walking distance), and even better, that line (line 1) is the one that get you to some the iconic places like the Gran Via, La latina, etc.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The room was a good size. The shower was excellent. My chicken dish in the restaurant in the evening was absolutely delicious, the best I’ve ever had. There was a terrific choice of food for breakfast.

Unfortunately the rice pudding/arroz con leche at the evening meal was far too sweet. Unfortunately the coffee from the breakfast coffee machine in the restaurant was awful and the decaffeinated coffee from that machine tasted like it was from a sachet rather than from a machine. Unfortunately the soya milk on offer at breakfast was sweetened - they need to have non sweetened soya milk on offer. Unfortunately there were no baked beans on offer at breakfast to complement the English breakfast of egg, sausage, bacon and tomato.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood with cafés and restaurants. it’s easy to access from the airport, subway and bus nearby. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel restaurant is open till 10 pm and serves decent snacks. The breakfasts were repetitive, but had a good selection of various offerings, fresh fruit and pastries, juices. I did not like the coffee though.

The acoustics in the rooms were terrible. Walls were paper thin, we could hear people talking in the other rooms and the main entrance doors had huge cracks / spaces, so we constantly heard people in the hallway as if they were right in our room. Also, for me personally, the bed was too soft, but that’s individual.

Beds were very comfortable and we had asked for twin beds and received them as I was travelling with a friend not a partner. Just had to push them a bit apart. Close to restaurants and a grocery store a block away. As it's out a bit from the centre of the city, not a lot to see around the area but the metro was not far away to get into the city. Very clean and the front desk staff were friendly. Only stayed for one night as we were on our way back home so a bit shorter trip to the airport the next morning than if we had have been in the city centre. They don't have an airport shuttle so had to use Uber.

It is a beautiful, calm hotel. Spotless clean all the time. The food we did eat there was lovely. The staff were very helpful. We got there early, and they allowed us to check in, which helped a lot. Although the hotel is a bit away from the city, the metro is only about a 4 minute walk and will have you there in no time.

The temp control in the room. it was very warm all of the time. There could be more pillows, so nobody has to ask for extra, we hadn't booked in for breakfast but we did go down one of the mornings and we were told there was no breakfast (I am not to sure if this is normal) only small things but still part of the stay.

Everything was great, spacious rooms, clean, good location, excellent breakfast, restaurant food was also good, nice staff. Area is good, lots of restaurants and shops just down the road, metro is close, quiet neighborhood. Would choose this hotel again next time we’re in Madrid!

Only thing that I didn’t like was communication among staff, we had a problem and dealt with one employee, that employee left work before it was resolved, next one had no idea, then had to explain to 3 more people that weren’t at work that day etc.

Great location, facilities and food. Very friendly staff.

I found it to be a little noisy at night as people were ringing doorbells from adjacent rooms and making noise in the corridors. This is a reflection of the inconsiderate guests and not of the hotel. Sound proof of the room doors could be better. Room had a chair but no armchair/sofa in case you'd like to sit watching TV or reading. Had to use the bed for that, which is not as comfortable. Overall, I'm very happy with the hotel and these are minor things.

Overll, fair value for money, mostly clean and relaxing accommodation. And we enjoyed their breakfast buffet every morning. Relatively close to two subway line stations, and to the airport too.

I did not appreciate that we booked a hotel with air conditioning, yet the system was not functional INTENTIONALLY, not due to a technical problem with it. And to me, this is completely unacceptable. Moreso, I was actually suggested by the front-desk to open the window, after being told that the AC did not work during that time of the year...

Staff were fantastic, we don’t have any Spanish and really tried to accommodate us with even teaching us simple Spanish words so we could order. I had a surgery and without telling them that they were so accomodating for my partner and I, helped us every way they could, even down to house keeping which again we had no Spanish and tried their hardest to understand some days we wouldn’t want the hassle of the room being cleaned as I was recovering and some days couldn’t really leave the bed!

It was the closest hotel to the hospital we could get but there wasn’t a lot to do or see around the hotel. My partner and I bought our own drinks like cans of coke or Fanta or bottles of water, we took the stuff out of the mini fridge and left it all on the desk where you could clearly see none of it was touched and when checking out the girl was a little ignorant about it asking twice did we take stuff from the mini fridge, I understand it could have been a misunderstanding and thankfully didn’t charge me for anything but I just feel like there was a more polite way to say or ask the question.

The hotel rooms were super clean with comfortable beds. We loved the excellent breakfast as we could choose from a huge spread of hot and cold options We had a perfect family stay there with two grown up daughters..The location was ideal with a train station so close to take us to the city straight. Though we mostly used taxi as city was not very far. A highly recommended place for Madrid tourists. We will stay there again loved the hotel with friendly staff.

Nothing as such - only a very minor issue , it will be good to have a hairr conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom .
