The hotel has a nice and convenient restaurant and the rooms are large and airy. Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned.

The hotel is clean but not exactly shiny clean. The reception area looks like its only temporarily there and not quite finished. Surprisingly the desk clerk was struggling with the English language. As for the rest of the personnel I had to learn a few words in Spanish to make sure I am making myself understood. The location of the hotel is a major minus as it is quite far away from the city center and the nearest subway station is at about 10-12 mins walk. I had to use taxis.

Beautiful hotel, big room, very friendly and helpful bar and restaurant personnel. We also liked the food from the restaurant menu.

There were no slippers and no kettle in the room. When we asked for the slippers, the reception said no, when we asked for a kettle as we had a little baby and needed to make a baby meal, they also said no. Is it really hard to buy a few kettles and provide them on request? Luckily, the bar personnel helped us with hot water. Breakfast was fine on the first day but on the next day it seemed like some of the dishes were not fresh, really seemed like leftovers from the previous day. For 15 euro per person, not ok at all. There was a leak on the ceiling at the dining room, we got a table and the drops were falling down on the floor and our table (seriously, 4 star hotel?). Also, hotel doesn’t have parking, we had to look for a place around.

We got quite a good discount for the season (I guess), so it was really cheap compared with the quality of service. Receptionists were really helpful, explained well the options to get to the city centre by public transport, provided a map. We chose this hotel because we were travelling by car, and it was super easy to find a free parking spot outside.

Not that I didn't like it - I like walking a lot - but have in mind that getting to the nearest metro station is a bit of walking - more than 10 minutes.

The hotel is really stylish with a nice terrace. Staff is professional, helpful and friendly. My room was spotless from bed to bathroom. The bar has a great menu, had a lovely dinner with cocktails but also my morning caffeine fix there. Was dealing with the heatwave, but all across the hotel was aircon and chill.

It was awkward that there are complementary water cans in the fridge, but they were already open. Rooms are as soundproofed as a tent, could be improved. It is a nice hotel to stay in the outskirt of Madrid (close to the stadium) and was a great experience all in all.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lovely big room with an extra large bed (which was super comfortable!). The staff were friendly and helpful, despite what previous reviews have said. The food from the restaurant was really nice. The hotel is a little far out of the city however there is a metro within a 10/15 minute walk away with a direct line to the centre. The hotel is very reasonably priced and we found the travel into the city each day was worth saving on expensive city centre hotel prices!! Also the metro is easy to use and very cheap!!

No tea/coffee facilities in the room however there is a fridge which we filled with iced coffee from the shop which is literally a 2 minute walk away. Alternatively you can also ask for hot water at the restaurant downstairs if you take your own tea/coffee!

The hotel has a really nice lobby and quite okay rooms. They charge 25 euro a night for a dog, but provide a dog bed, a bowl and a small bag of treats. The staff is very frienly We also liked the restaurat in the hotel.

Things for the dog were nice, but definitely a small dog size, while ours is medium and both bed and bowl were too small for him. You cannot take your dog to breakfast with you, dogs must stay away from beds and couches (though one should be able to ask for some cover). In the room we lacked a small tea kettle.

Location: 11 mins drive by taxi from the airport, 10 mins by walk to metro. Breakfast - variety of choice, lunch menu - great value starter, main, drink and dessert for 16 eur. We were after a long trip and it was so convienient to have lunch served within 10 mins. Room: enough space, huge window, love super comfy bed and lamps near the bed. Staff is superhelpful. We were on a family trip in Madrid, but this place is ideal for business trips for sure. Top is that this hotel is super sustainable. I'll come back 🫶

The room was very spacious and had plenty of everything we needed. The hotel was close enough to the city centre it would've been nice had madrid been busy like it would be in the summer. Staff were mostly helpful and would go the extra mile to help out. My mum travelled with us and she stayed on her own, but felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

We were not told that New Year's Eve meant everything would close early- we assumed that everything would remain open as it is what we are used to. Whilst in the bar area of the hotel watching an English Premier league game (we were surprised to be able to watch it to begin with), it was turned off during the second half with no warning, the bar was suddenly closed and the lights were turned off on us before we had a chance to leave. Had we known about it beforehand we would've tried to find somewhere else to be able to watch the whole game.

Quiet neighborhood, bus stops right at the corner and a small mini market open until 11.00 pm in 4 minutes walking distance. Reception is open 24 hours. Very close to airport (Using an uber, is 10 euros up to airport, 30 euros by taxi)

Far from the center ( more than 15-20 stops using buses/metro), especially if you want to stay a little bit more at night. Breakfast was ok, but the personnel didn't speak English at all. The only garbage bin was in the bathroom.

I liked the bedroom , the hotel´s hall, where I could manage to use my laptop to work. Friendly professional staff. Great choice when planning to stay between Madrid´s city center and the Airport.

Initial my room had an extra flexible bed, which reduce the size of the room. I ask to change, and the hotel did an upgrade to a better room ( with balcony) but with an extra small cost/fee. As a result of this super nice hotel, my expectations with breakfast were high. Indeed, it was nice but I wish the breakfast could be superb
