This is not a typical barrio in Spain, but rather a residencial area super quite, almost no car trafic, so you can rest after a long strolling day. there are few options around to grab a coffee and also a non-vegan restaurant called EL Vegano de Madrid :)

No clear info on breakfast, was not mentioned or offered at the reception. Good that there is a cafe just across the street serving perfect spanish style desayuno, good coffee and ice cold water! To get to Madrid centre it will take you 1 hour by bus, or 15-20 mins by car/taxi/uber. There is as well a metro station (Esperanza) line 4 that takes you rather close to Retiro park. If you want to explore the neighbourhood by foot - as I did it, 5k run in the morning - beware this is a continuous roller coaster, hills aup and down so it will be a good cardio workout! :)

Well designed modern hotel, rather small one. You will find here all you expect to find in business style 4 stars hotel - reception with smiling personal, rooms with clear design and set of necessary amenities, good beds, minibar. We were looking for cheap 1 night stay for 3 persons and actually were ready for the "hostal" type of accomodation. For the price we paid - the hotel excedeed our expectations! 5 mins walk to underground, metro Chamartin. I mean real 5 minutes walk, we've checked :))) We haven't had breakfast, but it looked like any other in business hotels - furshet tea, cofee, choise of cheese and cold meats, toasts, eggs, granola etc.

Very clean, friendly and great staff, easy to find parking on the street, not far from the centre, close to the train or bus station.

The design of the bathroom door doesn’t give much privacy and soundproof. Would be handy to have a blanket in case it’s needed. The size of the fridge could be bigger. Having said all these, I would highly recommend this place and stay there again.

Pleasant staff - helped us with our Spanish! Short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the Esperanza Metro station then 15 minutes into the city centre)

No problems with the hotel. There was a shortage of eating places nearby. The hotel restaurant was fine but it's nice to have a change. Sorting out how to add extra journeys on the metro ticket was beyond us - and it seems for locals who tried to help.

Great location (around 300m from Esperanza metro station), very silent resident area, symphatic staff, perfect meal. Having a room in 5th floor, we had a nice view of the city. Good choice for those coming for few days to visit Real Madrid game, hotel is just around only 6 metro stations from Santiago Bernabeu.

I have no complaint about the stay in hotel.

The hotel is not very close to the city centre but it is conveniently located. The closest metro station is within a few minutes walk. The hotel is very comfortable, with professional and very helpful staff. My room was very clean and nice. Buffet breakfast (extra charged) offered a nice choice of food, even for a person like me who does not eat meat :). It was a very good decision to stay in this hotel.

1. the pillow was not that comfortable but I have noticed that you can order another one ( although, don't know about the price ) 2. the walls are very thin, you can hear everything, not a good point 3. the bathroom door wasn't fully attached to the wall so it was a bit discomfortable ( room 410 )

The transport links to the festival we attended at IFEMA were superb. The hotel was well kept and the room was really good. very close to nice restaurants and a supermarket

No swimming pool, would of been a bonus to have one in the heat. The distance to the city centre we were aware of this when booking though

The purpose of the trip was a 3-day visit to the city of Madrid and the El Classico match. The hotel is in an excellent quiet location, nice staff and nice women too ☺️ the rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is great. The price of the hotel is excellent.

Clean and tidy just shown as picture, provided spacious space for disabled facilities and snack drinks provided at extra cost.

The disabled bathroom spills water everywhere after each shower, floors easily flooded and could be causing slippery hazard.
