- the hotel was very clean - free public parking - the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable - in general, the staff was helpful - it is located near two metro stations

- on weekdays, the breakfast is served in a cafeteria next to the hotel with not many options. However, the tostada with tomato was quite good - on the day before we left, we asked the reception if there was any way we could take our breakfast the next day a little bit earlier because our flight was early in the morning. The man was quite rude, saying it was not possible without even letting us finish. Luckily the lady that was in the breakfast room was very helpful and understanding and let us take our breakfast 20min earlier

Fantastic design from the seventies! Stainless steel doors, natural wood interior, everything is built to last! You feel old quality standards when staying in this business hotel! Easy ride to the airport. Old school air conditioning system, you can open windows and it is still running gives you a cool feeling! Probably youngsters will not understand and appreciate it but if you are an architect over 40 this is your place!

Breakfast is served in a cafeteria nearby, for hungry Lithuanian is very limited: glass of orange juice, one cup of coffee, toast and scrambled 2 eggs.

The stay was amazing, the staff are so helpful and kind and the room was nice and clean. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, a bit far from Madrid center so we make roughly 20/30 min on a car ride to go everywhere in Madrid without any traffic jam around the hotel. A good value for the money :)

1. The parking is not included with the hotel stay, so you need to pay extra 10€ per day, which was not described as so when I first booked, as it shows in hotel description that the parking is included. But, there is plenty of free parking places just in front of the hotel, so we didn’t need to book the extra parking. 2. The breakfast is mid to be honest, could be way better.

The hotel is modern and clean with well equipped rooms. Its surroundings are nothing special, but the area is quiet and the metro is within walking distance from the hotel

The breakfasts take place in a cafe adjacent to the hotel, which is super busy and crowded all morning. It may be a good experience if you want to see the Spanish culture, but we were unable to enjoy the breakfast in all the fuzz and noise around us.

Everything was as advertised. The room was clean and the size appropriate for a solo traveler. I had a single bed, and the mattress was fine. The hotel was less than a 10-minute walk from Ciudad Lineal metro station (line 5) and Garcia Noblejas metro station (line 7). In about half an hour, you reach Madrid city centre by metro. Also, several buses pass by very near the hotel. They go in a few minutes, for instance, to the Arturo Soria Metro sector which has nice Restaurants. Breakfast, for 7 euros, consisted of coffee and milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, a croissant, and a toasted bread with fresh tomato sauce and Spanish ham. Other options were available to accompany the toasted bread. The room AC could be controlled at will very easily. Warm water was available in the shower and the bathroom was very clean. Staff was helpful and printed my boarding pass.

Nothing.

The design is modern but somehow you can find old furniture here and there that makes it interesting. The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower was amazing, they have TV, internet and all the basics. They also offered free breakfast during the weekend. Overall I was quite pleased but what really helped me was the 24h reception, there was always someone there and made everything super easy, like calling taxis, requesting late checkout.. they allowed me to stay until 6pm which was super nice because I didn't have to carry my bags around the city the last day before going to the airport. They knew the area and told me where to find food, even after midnight. I made a nice decision here for a change and for sure would recommend it.

I liked everything. Would move there if my pocket would allow me.

Tha hotel room is very clean, everyday there was roomcleaning. There are 3 metro stations in different directions from the hotel within 800 meters. There is elevator in the hotel. we did not have breakfast, so I can't tell about it.

There is no balcony and no mosquito net on the windows.

Room was clean& bed comfortable

No bidet, no free bottled water if we don’t request, it takes 10 minutes walk if taking a metro to Center of Madrid. Breakfast is very basic (bread/sandwich/coffee/juice) & is served at its resto which is open to the public hence, very busy & noisy. The Resto seems not smoke free.

The room and facilities were spotless, the building was beautiful and the staff were helpful and polite.

Our room electricity was off and wouldn’t come back, so we had to move to another room, but the staff was really helpful and apologetic, they did try to fix it several times and helped us moving literally next door.

Exactly what I expected. Clean and comfy stay! Yeah I was staying here on my birthday and was surprised with chocolates, a balloon, and some bubbly. Didn’t expect it at all and it really made my day. So big big praises to the staff for being so lovely. :)

Location isn’t the most convenient. Takes a while to get to the city centre by public transport (around 40 mins)
