Room was doable with enough space to walk around. Bed was very comfortable and big enough. Location is great because you have a lot of restaurants near by and there's the shopping mall opposite as well. The staff were helpful when I said that the shower didn't have any hot water, they checked and when I said it was not acceptable, they kindly took me to try out another room before moving me to the other room.

The housekeeping were 50/50, but they did serve you towels that had tears in them and stains. The shower in the first room didn't have hot water, the staff checked and said that it was acceptable but then they changed me to another room.

The location is good. It closes to MTR & Tram, & not as vibrant as the city center. We like the silence at night. Supermarkets are close too. We bought extra bottle water there. The room is small (certainly it's HK), but it's clean & the facility is quite enough.

Not many, frankly. It's a high building, only got 2 elevators. It took a bit long time to wait, especially rushing to work in the morning. Perhaps we should include the waiting time for it in HK ^o^ There is a charger in the room, Type C, but it doesn't work very well. We brought one with us though.

The location was great. It was a few minutes walk from the Kitakaku subway station exit and there was a bus center in front of the hotel. The room was equipped with simple necessary items. Each day, we had new slippers and mineral water bottles, too. There was a very delicious restaurant in the next building.

The tiles of the shower area were not new.

The room is cool and i like the view from the top because you can see the harbour and the kowloon side All in all its perfect

Theres is no toothbrush in the bathroom

- nearby MTR station A2 exit and just short walk distance. - surrounding restaurants and shops. - nearby ferry which can take to Kowloon . - helpful staffs

- soundproofing need to improve. - no room heater - not buffet style breakfast

It is located at the end stop of the airport bus and the depot is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The area has developed tremendously with a new mall with shopping and upmarket food outlets.

Two very slow lifts for more than 30 floors mean a long wait most of the time.

Very near to North Point MTR station. Very convenient to go around the city with MTR train. There is a shopping mall and convenient stores like 7-11 nearby.

Room and bathroom are small but I think it's value for money in HK.

Close to MTR station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was no view. I couldn't pull back the curtains because my windows opened onto a very small opening between me and another wall of flats.

Small but comfortable rooms.

Kettle and mugs provided, but no tea, coffee or sugar. No toothbrush and toothpaste. No adjustments possible on the aircon (other than off) and very cold.
