Hotel Alexandra

Staff were super helpful and nice. About 3 staff during our breakfast took time to greet my son and say hello. 2 people from the concierge helped us load up our luggage and head to our next destination upon our check-out. Lobby looks grand and luxurious. The hotel has access to a walkway going to the MTR. There are lots of nearby restos and cafes that is walking distance from the hotel. Room feels cozy and I love the sofabed by the window.

Elevator is a little small but that’s really the least I can say.

The hotel is very close to the metro and there are a lot of restaurants around. The hall is big and highly decorated, the staff is very efficient and the room is clean.

The room's furniture looks cheap and old-fashioned. For the price I paid and consodering the pretentious style of the hall I expected something more,but that's ok.

Staff were incredibly nice. Quite a convenient commute from Fortress Hill MTR station taking the sky-walk.

My room wasn't the cleanest, and I couldn't turn on certain lights in the room. Good thing I had an sleeping mask with me.

the hotel lobby, restaurant abd cafe is beautifully designed. instagram worthy. hotel is only 5 mins walk to Fortress hill mtr, which is only 4 stations away from admiralty station. the location is peaceful and quiet, not facing busy street. the Oi art gallery is just next door, worth visiting.

The hotel is decorated nicely. The room facilities were very good and comfortable. The location is superb, closed to subway station and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful hotel,like a palace inside! I love how the exterior masks the stunning interior! Pools fabulous great sized gym.the staff are exceptional!!. "Special mention to Stephen,an absolute pleasure toeey and thoroughly professional.alex too has exceptional people skills, this hotel would be Hong Kongs best value,by a long way!!. Brilliant.cant wait to go back!!

Nice decorations in the lobby areas

The difficulty in getting into the lift when I wanted to check out was infuriating. Took me twenty minutes to find an elevator with room for me and my suitcase. I succeeded by pressing the up button. Three lifts for 39 floors is stupid

The location is good. The rooms are quite small but cleanliness was good. Elevator can be crowded during peak hours.

Very accessible to MTR station, view at 17th floor is fantastic, and the hotel's ambiance is elegant.

No bidets. Breakfast may be adjusted earlier than 7AM to accommodate early tours and early flights.

Very clean, quiet, and good location. Very nice staff. They let us have our room at 9am so that we can have some rest after a long flight.

It's a bit small.
