Mira Moon

The room was really big, which is great with an energetic young child. The bed was massive (think 2 double beds combined, with no crack to fall into in the middle), the bathroom was enormous and very luxurious, like a whole second room. The panels walls actually hide a lot of storage, so your hotel room doesn't have to feel cluttered with bags and luggage and shopping and dirty clothes. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

Just s few minor complaints - There was a Nespresso machine in the room but no capsules provided (maybe you had to ask?). There were switches to operate the curtains in the bathroom which did not work, and the curtains could not be manually pulled. The nightstand could have been bigger, it was just small enough that things had to be stacked which wasn't the most convenient.

Lovely boutique hotel. newly renovated suites (better than the photos). probably one of the biggest in Hong Kong (78sqm), has 2 bathrooms and the comfiest beds. Love the sheets plus the telephone shower!!!! Junior suite is perfect for family of 4. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

a bit far away from the station but still walkable. in between causeway and wanchai. lots of restaurants around the area. we are a family of four so we just took the taxi all the time and near times square, sogo (walkable), admiralty, central etc.

We have chosen this hotel as we had booked another place first that was not up to our likes, so Mira moon was a last minute booking and we could not be more happier, easy check in, they hold our bags as check in was 3 pm, so we could go shopping in the center, we booked 4 nights, unfortunately our daughter got really I'll so most of our stay we spend inside our room, housekeeping has done an excellent job coping with our constantly cleaning up from our daughter her illness, each time they came to clean, it was with a smile, with understanding, this hotel stood out for us , we will be back

Nothing, all really good

The room size was bigger than expected and the king bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a big for HK and the bath was a bonus! Very clean and the decor was tasteful. I appreciated the eco approach with glass water bottles. Breakfast was really good. I liked that there was a buffet and choice of a la carte dishes from the menu. Great location. Smack between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay.

Not much I can fault. I would have liked breakfast to be served until 11am. Wouldn't choose this hotel if I was looking for a spa experience, but for a city getaway or business trip, I recommend it.

Location is great, 5-10 min walk distance to shopping mall, ferry and MTR. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Modern decorated, and cozy to stay. Facilities are new and good quality like AXOR in bathtub, and room is larger than most of the hotels in the are if you book half moon or above. For family visit, the space is enough. Quiet and bed is comfortable and I like the pillow not high. And room is quite clean, with amazing harbor view. Staff is polite and helpful. Fair price and worth it, and would be my first choose if I stay in HK island again.

Beautiful unique rooms in a central location. Loved the smaller size of the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were always very helpful and we could easily hail taxis from the street behind the hotel, when needed, or walk within 10 minutes to the MTR. Having the hustle and bustle of Causeway Way on the doorstep, but slightly separated from it was perfect.

Nothing, would highly recommend.

the room is very spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, the washroom has a big and clean bathtub. The staff is very kind to upgrade it to full moon room. The building is not new, but the decoration is new.

the staff at lobby shall help to press the button of lift to grand lobby. coz i am confused when first time I went into the lift. the wifi needs to have speed improvement. can barely work for video meetings if you need it for work purpose.

We received a free upgrade to the biggest room that comes with 2 bathrooms, 2 beds and long couch as well as partial harbour view

Everything was great except the shock we encountered on the day we checked out. There’re two men hired by the hotel staff to open our locked door as they were told that our room was vacated. It was a shock to us.

Wow, where to start. The rooms are very stylish, so many unique things. The bathtub was a dream. The view is spectacular, especially at night. The bathroom is bigger than some apartments I've stayed in back in Uni! The bed is super comfortable, charging ports everywhere. The lights have several modes, which allow for perfect lighting. The staff was so kind and the best part is the lovely scent when you walk into the ground floor! 10/10

The room was pretty spacious and new. The high ceiling in the bathroom with the shower at the top is great for taller guests.The location is nice and not too far from the subway station. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The towels were a bit worn out. There was no room service for food. The room was not perfectly cleaned.
