South Pacific Hotel

This property is central to everything. It is right in the heart of the Wanchai wet market and also most bus routes traveling to Kowloon side. It is clean and comfortable

The suite with sofa bed and small living space was cosy. Kids loved the clean and new bath tub. There are plenty of places to store your belongings. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.The water pressure in shower was great too! Location is about 8 mins walk to Times Square and in between 2 MTRs. Causeway bay and Wan chai. A few eateries around. And 7-11 and cafe just opposite. Housekeeping staff were very polite and prompt with their service. Loved the nespresso machine too!

The extra large bed was actually 2 twin beds combined. So it's uncomfortable to sleep 3 pax on it. Sofa bed was too small to accommodate an adult height of more than 1.6m. Have to sleep sideways. Will love to have a variety of nespresso flavours instead of just 1 type.

Location is really good. Service staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was very big (by Hong Kong Standards). Proximity to causeway bay was a PLUS! Tv had many channels. Comforter was extremely good and comfortable. Rooms were very clean. The housekeeping staff were especially helpful and kind - when we requested for an extra blanket. Concierge (Matthew) also gave great advice and helped us with transportation! Thank you!

Bed was quite hard - the sofa bed, which is for the kids, was not very comfortable. Soaps/ shampoo was not the best quality.

prime location, a few minutes walk to causeway bay. lots of restaurants and shops nearby

The Hotel is located close to Metro station and other public transport. It is clean and has good staff. They do not have adapters in the rooms so be mindful to carry one. The bar doesn't have anything in it other than water.

I'd asked for a single bed but they provided a twin room with joint bed. I hurt my back as the bed joint was very hard and it was difficult to sleep. The rates paid were steep to receive such a treatment. The management allowed late check out to compensate for the same, but this is unacceptable. The breakfast spread is good with continental options.

RAT was required before check in, which I didn't experience in other hotels.

AC is too cold. Can't adjust the temperature up enough. Lifts are in the middle of the building and close to every room. At night, you can actually hear them moving up and down. King-size bed was actually two single beds put together which made it uncomfortable to lie in the middle. Mattress was a bit hard. No bath even though the description said there would be. Dangerous shower door. Hit my head at the sharp door rail.

I just need my money back the one that is on hold., As i was asked to pay at the property the whole amount as well. So i just need my refund back in my account asap! Thank you!

We attended the Honk Kong 7s. The stadium was a short walk away. The MRT was nearby, and there were lots of options for food and laundry just outside the hotel.

Mattresses were slightly on the firmer side.

The location was excellent as it was next door to my fiancee. Plenty of places to visit

Friendly cleaning staff unlike the staff at the main desk. Expensive...but comfortable, however, no breakfast included..
