Fast reply for inquiries Smoothly check in. Attitude of staff at front, so nice! The room is spacious with having bath tube at King’s bed room. Location is very convenient, there are starback’s, pacific cafe, Pret and M&S within 1,2 mints by one line. Bus stops toward for Central just in front and MTR Wanchai station also very close.

Nothing at all for us. Luk kuk Hotel is very traditional Hotel beside at Gloucester Road. The style is bit old but you can stay at enough space, especially for our age(over 50), TV also easy to control make me feel rather familiar and no stress than new stylish Hotel.

They charged over 50% of an adult price, for a 3-year-old for a buffet dinner. The food was not child friendly anyway. So my son didn't eat anything. But I guess in Hong Kong, any child ages 2 or 3 and above, will be charged for a high price, some even charge full adult prices to enter a venue.

Great hotel overall. The room was a good size with a sofa and desk, perfect for a business visit. Good sized bathroom with everything you could need. The staff were excellent and always available. Two water bottles provided every day at no extra charge. The location is superb, right next to the metro link and limitless restaurant options on the doorstep. Also very close to the exhibition center. Wifi was fast and reliable.

The cleanliness of the room was not a good standard. a few stains on the carpets, dirty surfaces, and hairs in the bath etc.. Simple things that they could remedy if they wanted. I had problems with the lifts almost every day, they did not always work and often i had to go out and call another one.

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Wan Chai metro station. Very convenient to travel anywhere around the city from here. Nice location next to coffee shops, stores, supermarkets. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Iron, bathrobes, glasses. Free bottle of water provided every day. The bathtub was comfortable.

Even it said “pay on arrival”, they have frozen some amount of money on my card, which i didn’t expect. On arrival you still have to pay a deposit, even they already froze some amount. That was quite confusing to me.

Great location in Wan Chai. Great entertainment is just around the corner, but room is quiet. Also, government offices just across the road, depending on what you fancy. Hotel appears well maintained, and room is recently renovated. Also, room is quite spacious for this location, bed is comfortable. The TV has lots of foreign channels (and believe me this is not common for Hong Kong hotels in this price range). A variety of great food options in the vicinity. Great value for money.

Housekeeping enters the room without knocking. So please use door chain lock for extra privacy if you don't want to be disturbed. :) Other than this, everything is great.

Staff is accommodating, willing to give us extra pillows upon request. Room service is fast and efficient most of the times. Room is quite spacious compare to other hotels in Hong Kong we stay so far.

Room service is slow at times. Need to call up a few times to get the bucket of ice we requested. The room we stay is facing the main road, hence can be quite noisy as we could hear the noise from heavy vehicles below and it disrupt our sleep at times.

The room was spacious. Very clean. Towels were changed every day. Bottles of water were also brought every day. The hotel is very close to the metro station (about 5 minutes). You can also take the A11 bus (100 m to the hotel) to get to the airport (cost approx. 42 HKD). The hotel is very close to the center. You can get anywhere in Hong Kong relatively quickly. It is also a very good area.

It was in a great location. Easy access to food and the MTR. The hotel was very clean, and generally everything was great, even the WiFi. It's just a skip away from the harbour, which is great if you enjoy some fresh ocean air.

I guess this can't be helped, but it's a little old. But still clean and pleasant. Not a big fan of the shower amenities. The squeeze bottles aren't the best, but not a deal breaker.

First time staying in Wan Chai area. The hotel location is excellent - only 3 mins walk to MTR station. My husband and his friends are happy to find a pub just next to the hotel to watch the World Cup games. Many food options near the hotel too. Special thanks to Stanley at the concierge - he was patient and helped me tremendously with my prepaid SIM cards - he made my day.
