Well designed suite. Comfortable bed, good lighting, lots of storage and space to lay out our supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. We felt like home.

The room was clean but the facilities are getting old. No kitchenware. Induction cooktop only for guests staying >30 days in business suite per hotel policy.

Hotel One Eighteen was a great choice for us. The executive suite was larger than most on offer and had the added bonus of a kitchenette. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The hotel is perfectly situated a short walk from the Tin Hau MTR station and King's Road bus and cable car stops. The hotel is surrounded by great shops, restaurants and convenience stores. The Causeway Bay Area also offers shopping, dining and entertainment. Lots to see, lots to do.

Nothing not to like, though wished we had a better view of the bay.

I liked that the host was very friendly and patient, especially when dealing with foreigners. The hotel has a few good eateries around so you need not worry about having to go far if you're lazy to head out. (They have Mak's Noodle a couple of blocks away for famous wonton noodles - YES!) Generally for the price paid, this hotel is considered spacious and comfortable as opposed to other hotels which are half the room size for the very same price or more. The area is not happening so it is good for those who want proper rest at night. Conveniently near the MTR station, about.. 3-4 mins walk, though I couldn't locate an escalator/lift to help with my heavy luggage. There should be one, but I didn't look for it. Personally, I don't mind the fact that I need to take the MTR out everytime I want to go some place because their system is so efficient, convenient, quick and easy to navigate. I definitely enjoyed my stay here.

Hotel room was comfortable and cosy. Facilities were simple but good.

The hotel guest lounge was frequently occupied by staff who held meetings and training sessions there, so we could never use it for resting or to enjoy a hot/cold drink. We had a fire alarm at 5am. When we evacuated the building, the fire escape and stairs were blocked with clutter or equipment. The staff appeared to be using the 1st floor as a lau dry storage area.

housekeeper is great, great location and it is great to us because it is so closed to my parents house.

No security, Ghost lobby most of times and any people can go up and down to guest rooms freely. due to our family emergency, we need to extend our trip for a month. we requested multiple times to lobby staff for extending our stay, but lobby staff said they were not able to help and will have the sale office to call. we waited for more then four days for the sale office to call, we finally moved to another hotel. We love the location, housekeeper was good, some of the lobby staff (if presented) were friendly but not all.

No one remind there's breakfast offered, so totally missed!! Location is excellent.

I was shock that one day missing a hand towel after cleaning/replacing towels. 2)We booked 2 rooms, but turned out - not at the same floor, even it said upgraded, but 1 closet was missing a door! 5th floor & 16th floor, quite far apart!

Basic rooms, very neatly maintained. As with other budget properties in HK, rooms were small size, but the bathroom and beds were clean. Convenient location with good selection of food options around and 5-10 mins walk around has good shopping and cafe options. Recommended for a short stay.

Finding a cab around can be a bit difficult, suggest to use Uber.

There are two rooms on each floor, we stayed on 29th floor and the view was good. Rooms are comfortable, with basic amenities. Our checkin was smooth and quick, as we were travelling with kids, they even allotted us rooms before checkin time. Microwave in room was not working but the front desk staff was prompt to replace it with no questions asked. Location is easily accesible by MTR, Lots of restaurants and shops near the building.
