Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel

pretty spacious. good size of the room for family of 4. Facility is great. outdoor swimming pool is pretty. Gym is one of favourite place my son like to go. like it has shuttle bus arrangement. staffs is very nice n helpful.

bathroom shower head n the fridge is a little bit of too old. This is one of thing I really needed to mention that the hallway have no air conditioning on all the time. Whatever how hot or cold of the weather.

good for group travellers. the hotel has shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui close to MTR station…very convenient.

the microwave is not functioning. the bahtroom has some smell. 4 years ago, I stayed at this hotel and the room is much nicer. the room equips with plate bowl, but this time it does not

Everything was good except that there is no pool to use, i found a paper on the table of the hotel room informing that the pool isn't working and that it won't be before March 2024. No one informed me before i came with this information, had i known that there was no pool i would have chosen another property.

It's located at a very good place Someone said it's not, but it has two ferry stations that can connect to North Point and Central . This can save time and give another experience to us. It is also near to Whampoa that has some convenient facilities such as a big supermarket and so on. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Hong Kong again. Ah, the room is also big, and breakfast is also not bad.

Hotel lobby is not clean.

Great facilities for kids . Swimming, playground Like it how they clean the room everyday.

Rooms weren’t modern. No USB chargers. Our apartment had washing machine but no laundry powder. Breakfast buffet didn’t had much varieties.

The price is acceptable and reasonable. The view of my room is good

I have totally 6 adults and 2 children. It turns out that all adults need to be registered and filled a form. This is quite annoying. I am not sure if other hotels need to do this.

the room was at little expensive for two-bedroom suite, expected larger room. Breakfast was average, very limited in selection. ok if you there for one or two days. location was a little out of the center but nice views.

I super like it that it was very affordable and the room is very spacious and that it was so easy to communicate with their staff. I like the location because local stores and malls are nearby the hotel yet it has the feel that you are frar from busy city of HK. Over all I would love to come back and stay here again. Thank you!

I just hope the furniture specially the tv cabinet and couch isn't dusty, otherwise is all good 😊. Thank you!
