The staffs are super friendly and the room services are excellent, it was a nice experience for me and my wife to have for our wedding day. It's good to have the whatsapp conversation prior to the check in time so I was able to make some arrangements before checking in without calling many times.

Actually the overall facility is good, just the air-conditioning is getting hot in the middle of the night on the first day but cold on the second day without any changes. And the room tour might just need a bit more as there are few things we missed.

Sherry and Artisans were attentive on details for my family's comfort during our stay. Excellent location in Tsim Sha Tsui with K11 Musea and Victoria Dockside at doorstep. Home away from home, will definitely return. Thank you!

Management was evidently customer service oriented, set up a birthday surprise for us (we did not notify the property of this occasion, it was a complete surprise)

Breakfast was a limited set menu, if you stay for a longer period of time, it could get boring. A buffet would be much appreciated

Excellent location with immaculate service. The lounge staff was friendly, and room's lighting and acoustic condition was carefully designed. Really upscale hotel with easy connection to shopping. It is memorable to have Star ferry connection to HK Central.

A bit pricey room rate in Off season.

where to start everything was top notch. staff were very nice and accommodating. breakfast (set menu) was delicious. rooms were clean and spacious.

only thing is you have to use two different elevators to go to ground floor.

Customer service was excellent. Rolland Mak is very helpful and pays attention to details. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and the hotel prepared a cake for us. He notices my daughter has some food allergies and called to remind me about it. The balloon decorations were very cute too! Jackie Cheung is very nice too and she showed us the deck. The Victoria Harbour is spectacular as usual. You can't get tired of the view even if you look at it for hours.

Too bad the gym and the pool won't be open until the social distancing measures are relaxed.

the room are spacious and clean . the staff was very friendly and helpful . the stay was for a special occasion a marriage wedding proposal . they give us a free room upgrade. we love the balcony with a perfect view over the Victoria Harbour

Wonderful clean facilities, fantastic, helpful and cheerful staff. My wife and I swam everyday in the amazing pool. The swimming pool staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. A very special thanks to Stephen and Yo-yo. They were great. Stephen even remembers my name from my last visit in January 2023! My wife and I shall definitely be back soon. Dr Simon Lam

It will be good to have a swimwear 'spinner' for guests to dry the swimming garments. I feel bad to have my swimming trunks dripping on the beautiful hotel floor!
