the location is great and the staff is helpful to my question.

there is not much facility and the price of the food in the hotel is expensive for hotel guest. I am referring to the breakfast and dinner buffet pricing.

My experience at The Mira Hotel was exceptional, primarily due to its unbeatable location and top-notch service. The hotel's strategic location was ideal for my family, especially since we enjoy exploring Hong Kong on foot. Situated near prominent shopping destinations and key tourist attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui, it provided us with convenient access to everything we wanted to see and do. In addition to its prime location, the impeccable service at The Mira Hotel truly stood out. Travelling with family, including senior citizens, meant that our needs were diverse and sometimes demanding. However, the staff were nice to accommodate us, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. One particular highlight was the airport transfer service, which was seamlessly organized by the hotel. This added level of convenience enhanced our overall experience, making our journey to and from the airport hassle-free. Overall, our stay at The Mira Hotel exceeded expectations. From the comfort and cleanliness of the facilities to the attentive service, every aspect contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

It would enhance guest experience to have a water refilling station. At times, the hotel ran out of extra bottles of water when requested.

The Mira is one of the best locations in Hong Kong. Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui - right on Nathan Road and a walk to restaurants, bars, underground etc. I actually stay at The Mira for the amazing gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi's etc located on the ground floor - the facilities are one of the best I have ever seen at a hotel. They also allow me to use them after checking out as my flight to South Africa is at 1:00am, to shower and store luggage. Be sure to use the pocket WIFI they leave in the room, it's brilliant when roaming the streets. Highly Highly recommend The Mira *****

Nothing I didn't like...

Hotel was located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with a mall, a don don ki, and lots of food choices just an elevator ride away. I got a park view room which was well maintained and spacious for hk standards. Cleanliness is a perfect 10, I have dust and detergent allergies but I never had an allergic reaction while staying at the Mira. I slept well thanks to their pillow menu with hypo-allergenic and long body pillows. Breakfast was good with their egg and noodle stations. I liked that their gym was well equipped. Staff were nice and always happy to help. During my stay there was a cny parade so the road outside was closed, Adam from the Concierge gladly helped me with my luggage and hailed a cab for me. My stay was perfect and I'll definitely stay at the Mira again.

Maybe provide more drinking water, it wasn't a problem but it would be nice.

At a very convenient location with restaurants and shops around, in the hotels' shopping arcades and streets. Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Always proactive in offerring help once they found you looking around for something. Cleaning staff would not let you in a room if without checking your card; of which is vital for security. A rebooking at the same hotel is definite.

The ceiling is a bit low and making the corridor very dark, may be better if more lighting be fitted

pretty good location accessible to nearby Mtr subway lines, had checked in on this hotel before, breakfast is good, but since i stayed for 2 nights, We did not avail of breakfast, rooms are clean, The pillows great gimmick, they offer a variety of selections on offering use of their pillows, i recall about 5 kinds of pillows.

only bothers me is bottled water are too tiny and small even if they are willing to supply small bottled water to your room. it is a bother for me, Also late check out at 1pm, too early

The room was clean and quite spacious by Hong Kong standards. Location is great. It connects directly to the Miraplace mall and right next to Donki, and the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit B is near. Shopping and dining is abundant in this area. Everything you possibly need for your day to day is within walking distance.

Room: It was a bit stuffy since the windows could not be opened, so you had to keep your air conditioning on. However, everytime we stepped in the room would still be too warm, even for winter. Lighting: The lights in the room were quite impossible to control. It's either too dark and too bright, there's no in between. Card reader: Had numerous experiences where our cards couldn't be read in the lift or for the room. It takes a few tries most times. We stayed for 10 days and go in and out frequently...it was a mild inconvenience.

Location is perfect in the center of Hongkong. I mean the big Nathan road near by and the metro station that can take you easily everywhere. Or take the ferry to HK island. The room inside the hotel was perfect. Nice shower, nice bed, perfect wifi and no noises from other rooms. Breakfast was good. What you would expect from a breakfast in a 5 star hotel.

The curtains in the room could close well, so sun would come in early. Rest of the stay was excellent.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bath was awesome. We only stayed for one night but check in and check out the seamless. You are right in the centre of the entertainment district. It is really a fantastic location to stay.

The condensation on the window ruined the view, I understand that you have a secondary glazing system in place, but you should look into having some charcoal or something in the void between the two pieces of glass to absorb the condensation. And the quality of instant coffee could improve.

Location was ideal - close to everything in terms of transport, restaurants and a 24hr supermarket. Room was a good size, good noise insulation in general. We were on 16th floor and couldn’t hear anything from neighbouring rooms or traffic. Staff was helpful and polite.

Hotels in HK are expensive, so you don’t get much for your buck. Rooms aren’t the newest with some signs of wear and tear. The lobby is quite small and often busy, but really didn’t bother us.
