La Falconeria Hotel

The location is excellent, the breakfast is very good and a great way to start the day, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the bed and the shower are very good.

The room is OK but not a 4 stars level, there is no place to sit beside the bed, the TV is wrongly placed and hard to watch from the bed, TV channels are very limited. The room have tiny windows to the internal yard but by opening them one loses its privacy so basically they are useless. There is practically no lobby or nice sitting area, this is a nice hotel to sleep in but not to spend the day and have fun..

Everything was amazing! The location was just a minute walk from the City Gate (city center). The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels always changed. We were given beach towels as well which was so convenient! The pool was so beautiful as well! The breakfast was not a buffet but you could pick your plate from a small selection of dishes that would satisfy both a sweet and savory tooth. The quality of the dishes were amazing as well. If I were to go in Malta, I would visit this hotel again for sure! Also Goranj, at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and helped us with our questions!

My only complain is that because the breakfast area is quite small, you could feel that you were being rushed to finish your food so they could seat other people. You would put down a glass and 1 second after a waiter would come and ask if they could take it away. Although the staff was super nice, I was getting this feeling of rushness which didn’t really add to the beautiful and relaxing vibe of the hotel.

The hotel website advertises a bar and restaurant. The bar was not open and the restaurant was not available for dinner. Although there were plenty of alternative places nearby, this was a reduction in facilities but not in prices charged.

La Falcorniea is a small boutique, 4 star hotel in Valletta, ideally situated in a very quiet location. We had a comfortable stay for 2 days in La Falcorniea, very friendly and welcoming staff, they would just go out of the way to help if I wanted something. The hotel is very clean and based in a perfect location in the heart of the city. I’d like to mention the names of the staff who were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Raja, Aldo, Jennifer & there was one serving breakfast in the morning, can't remember his name but they were all very good. To our surprise the hotel had upgraded us to a beautiful Maltese balcony room. Just loved it & loved everything about the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to book a hotel in Valletta

😊😊The hotel, the staff were exceptional, the staff were so lovely. For the first time to Valletta pathways have steep incline steps from all hotels to the main shopping street. This hotel was ideally placed just one incline to the shops. Perfect 👍

Location is perfect in the middle of Valletta, although next time I would probably stay in Sliema, which is a bit more living in my opinion. The rooms are fine and the swimming pool is nice. The breakfast is also really great with quite some options. Next to that everyone in the hotel was helpful and friendly, which is definitely a pro.

It's pretty expensive in general, but I think this is mainly because it's in Valletta itself. I think if you would search for a hotel around Valletta it would probably have a better price/quality.

Centrally located but situated on a quiet street, La Falconeria Hotel, Valletta is a perfect base for exploring this delightful city. The staff are all welcoming, polite and helpful and the hotel is kept to a high standard. The bedding was very clean and soft and we never for moment questioned the hygiene of either the bed or the bathroom/ towels, something we are very fussy about! The breakfast service was friendly and swift with an excellent choice of cooked options plus the usual cereals, toast, fruit, pastries etc. We definitely plan to revisit Valletta and would definitely stay at La Falconeria Hotel again.

We never saw the bar open when we stayed at the latter part of June. It would have been nice to have had the option to have a drink in the outside seating area at the end of the day, however, having said that there are so many bars and restaurants in Valletta some of which are only a few minutes walk away that this was really not an issue- just an observation.

Hotel La Falconeria is an excellent hotel. The location is perfect: in a quiet street in the middle of the center of Valletta. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. One small negatieve point: there is not enough closet space. The breakfast is sublime: a nice buffet with bread, pastries, charcuterie and fresh fruit. What I especially liked was that every day you had the choice between delicious egg dishes that were brought to the table. The city of Valletta is also recommended. From here you can easily explore the entire island by public transport.

Hotel is at perfect location to explore the city. It is a very nice building, decorated with taste connecting modern and old. What is the nicest impression of all - the staff. So kind and well trained, very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very tasty and rooms well equipped.

First of all - our fault is we didn't pay attention that our room was with "inner courtyard view". This might be a bit confusing, given that these rooms almost have no daylight. There is one window overlooking a building interior with open, but quite small, roof. So, if you want fresh air and daylight make sure you don't book these rooms. Staff was really kind, so they arrange room change. WiFi was not working properly. Breakfast would really use some fresh vegetables options, cause there is none.
