The location of the hotel is 10/10. It is the centre of Maltese lifestyle with good bars and restaurants or just a walk by the seaside. The public transport system is very good from the hotel, the bus stop is one step away (you can go to Valletta or any big cities of the island), the ferry is only 5 minutes walk which takes you to Valletta or you can order a Bolt (taxi) it will be at the hotel in 2 minutes. The room was very comfortable with a stunning view to the sea from the balcony. It is well-equipped with towels, iron and iron board, hairdryer, TV, fridge, water, tea/coffee, etc. There is a very good restaurant (Grana) in the hotel at the groundfloor, and there is a jakuzzi on the rooftop. With a daily ticket (you get it at the reception) you can use Aqualuna which is next to the hotel and has a swimmingpool and a large sunbathing area with cocktails. The staff was adorable, they helped us with everything 24/7.

With a little bit more attention cleanness can be improved, especially in the bathroom. There were little stains on the tiles and some hair in the shower. From an environment friendly perspective I highly recommend not to change all of the towels (5-6 pieces in a room) every single day. A guest can use a towel for 2-3 days or more in row, there is no need to change them every day. Cleaning these amount of towels use a huge amount of water and electricity which is totally unneccessary. Be more aware on the environment :)

Our stay here was great! The hotel is near transportation to other parts of the island. It is not located in the capital city, Valletta, but you can either take a bus or a ferry to go there. The bus takes about 30 minutes to Valletta, but the ferry takes only about 5 minutes and it is only 1.80 euros each way. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant serves great food at a very reasonable price. Rooms and facilities are kept very clean! There is an indoor pool, very small, and an outdoor pool across from the hotel but it is free of charge for hotel guests. The breakfast was good, too. We were assigned to the 1st-floor breakfast room for the first 2 days of our stay and then transferred to the 8th-floor restaurant. This one has a view of the city. The bedrooms are big and more like a mini apartment. Our room had a mini kitchen with the basic things needed for preparing meals, a mini fridge, and also a kettle. The hotel also has a desk for booking tours for different activities. Gabriela, the girl who works in this area, was friendly and knowledgeable. We booked two tours with her help and loved them both. We loved our stay here and would be glad to stay there again if we go back to Malta someday.

We booked in this hotel per another person's recommendation. There was only one bedroom available when we booked so, sadly, we had to take this one. The only thing we didn't like was that the shower had no shelves or anything to place your shampoo bottle or anything needed for taking a shower. I don't know if this is true only for this room or not, but that made taking a shower a problem as it was impossible not to get the floor wet when trying to retrieve things from the outside of the shower.

- The bathroom wasn't the cleanest (I could tell the toilet hadn't been cleaned well before our check in or during our stay) - The bathroom had a bit of a smell coming from the pipes (but nothing unbearable) - No plugs next to the bed - Busy lifts - Even though the location is convenient there are not many tourist attractions within walking distance (you need to take car or ferry/boat from there for most tourist attractions)

Everything went really well since the beginning, from the time we reserved till we checked out. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist you in any matter. Thank you Sophie, Gabriela, Jericho and all the other people who run everything very smoothly. The location is perfect as a starting point to visit the island. Walking distance from all the transport you need (bus, ferries, sightseeing tours) to explore everything from here. Close-by to restaurants, bars and shopping centres. The hotel has its own restaurant, an outdoor jacuzzi in the top floor and a small indoor pool and sauna. The room was very confortable, with a big bed and had everything you need: air conditioner; a small kitchen with oven, fridge and microwave; towals, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer... The breakfast is one of the best we experienced and very complete, everything fresh and clean, with a lot to choose from and with a fantastic view to the bay area. The team who runs the kitchen and breakfast room is amazing, always making sure everything was perfect and everyone was happy!

Malta is popular about its hospitality and that, of course, applies to this hotel as well. We stayed for two weeks and we got a suite of two rooms and two bathrooms. The suite was newly made and was clean, comfortable, stylish and with up-to-date equipment. In breakfast there was a vast-choice Swedish table, that was changed and supplemented with new dishes every day. It was really tasty. The hotel is located not far from Valetta, in location there are many pubs, shops and restaurants. There is a magnificent, panoramic view on the Valetta from the roof terrace. Hotel offers many free of charge facilities like jacuzzi, sauna, in-door and out-door swimming pools.

Because of pandemic and season the sauna and out-door pool did not work. Next to our room was some water filtering equipment that made a noise.

The staff could not be more helpful. Great amenities, excellent location and brilliant views from the lounge very happy with my stay.

The breakfast was cold so I only had it the once. The room had a window but I could see nothing and did not know what the weather was like outside.

The location was well situated in Sliema facing Valetta and the waterfront. The staff were polite and helpful with concierge service available every day. The pool is fantastic, though shared with 4 hotels (plenty enough space). The bathroom was spacious, with plenty of space in the main bedroom area. Welcome drinks offered upon arrival was a nice touch.

Our courtyard view was into a light shaft and white wall, where we couldn't open windows, so the room smelt very stale. The 2 single beds had about 20cm between them, so essentially became queen bed. Breakfast was very average and often cold (hot food), mostly catering to English breakfast style.

Location excellent just across the water back to Valletta via the Sliema ferry, staff where all very accommodating, sorting taxi and transfers out! great room Family suite with excellent view across bay back towards Valletta. comprehensive breakfast two little shops either side of reception that seems to be open 24/7 complimentary access to Aqualuna across the road which was very nice my 4 yr old loved it , and for myself getting cocktails brought to you while people watching around the poolside was a treat!

common gripe bathroom a bit tight with a very compact shower , but hey I am holiday!

Fantastic view from z balcony onto Valletta /harbour in Gzira (in rooms situated on this side) - the higher the better but even on 2nd floor it was nice to be waken up by the sunrise over Valletta churches :) + 9th floor breakfast room view even better! And similariky view from 10th floor with jaccuzzi. (Photos attached) Very helpful and nice personnel at the reception and breakfast room. If you arrive too early it is possible to leave luggage at the reception. Very good italian restaurant in the building. Room absolutely sufficient size for 1-2 people, cleaned every day. Large Bottle of water provided every day to the room + tea/coffee replenished. Proper hair dryer :) 4 person jaccuzzi on10th floor very warm (your can adjust temp) although a bit overchlorined (good for hygene, bad for tearful eyes) . You can also use heated pool across the street.. maybe next time.. Very well located - max 10 min to Sliema/Valletta ferry, 3 min to the bus stop in various directions, some 15 min by bus to Valletta terminus. I am more than happy that i have chosen this hotel and not 4star hotel in Valletta centre! Valletta is beautiful but it is so much nicer to have the view and space outside the window! Breakfast is OK. Nothing really fancy but very decent standard both in terms of continental and English type of breakfasts. The only minus is for scrumble eggs as they really could be warmer (depends what time you arrive). It is possible to order omlette, and as for the selection of pastries really tasteful pastry with ricotta cheese is available on some days, etc. Overall, really recommend this hotel and when returning to Malta I lan on staying here as well :)

Warm dishes for breakfast could be really warmer. But it is always tricky with the dishes kept in heated serving trays, so this is really not a major problem, and to be fair that was rhe case in majority of hokidaydestinationa.. Besides you can choose also hard boiled eggs or omelette, so that's not a big deal.

The view from the hotel is excellent. Many shops and restaurants are on the door step which was very helpful particularly when travelling with young kids. The stuffs were very friendly and helpful, answers and takes action promptly.

There's no socket for shaver in the bathroom. Little difficulty but that doesn't take anything away from this excellent hotel. Will stay here again.
