Room was nice and clean. Our room was handicapped accessible and was perfect. King bed was super comfortable and had six pillows for additional comfort. Continental breakfast was very good. Eggs, biscuits , gravy, waffles, fruit, juices and more. Coffee was excellent. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Easy access to US58. Plenty of parking.

No negatives

the location was perfect. Surrounded by a grocery store, food places, dollar general, all that you can walk to. The pool was clean and a nice size. Taylor and Amber and the front desk were so polite and helpful. We did not need our room cleaned but the housekeeping were very friendly when I asked to replace towels each day. We are traveling back in October we will definitely stay here again!

Clean, staff was very polite

Breakfast was not very good, walls were thin. I could hear TV's talking, people walking down the halls. The other guests were not very courteous or monitoring their noise level.

Breakfast was a floop. I expected more choices. Needed more juice selections. Milk would have been a good selection. How about adding eggs and bacon and more choices of fruit. Some people do not want yogurt or pancakes.

My room was great although I needed more pillows that supported my neck and back. Pillows were too soft.

Great location, quite for a Saturday night

Rooms just need to be cleaned better. Bathrooms mainly had dirt, hair and a cap to a razor still in the floor.

The property was clean and up to date. It was well lit and felt safe. Staff was great. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived the desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. We entered our room and it was already warm in our room. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable.

Didn't like having to leave! Also, my 4 yr old wished there were an indoor pool. It would be nice if there were more activities for younger children around.

The staff was very friendly and nice. They answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The hotel was near other stores and restaurants so there was easy access.

There was a smell that I was unsure as to where it came from every time that we entered the room. The side door didn’t work therefore we had to come in the front and walk all the way to the other side just to get to our room until we discovered we could go in and out the back door.

They double charged my card. And they took a long time to return my money. I had to call every day.

Price was high,breakfast was gone at 7:45am and no one was there to refill
