Nice comfortable room and well appointed. Good staff. There was only a sitting area which was not as functional but the kitchenette was a nice addition to the room. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with good shower. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a lack of housekeeping. There was towel service, but no trash removal or room freshen up during the 3 day stay. For the money charged this seemed to be a miss on the experience. With the kitchenette, there should have been some options for food stocking or available products to have in the room, that was limited or not made known.

Please see my review in another stay with different dates. It was so nice. We stayed for three extra days instead of moving on to another location as we were location scouting

The beds were not that comfortable, no bathtubs, but really wonderful showers and nice bathrooms in general. The air conditioning heat system took some getting used to. They should almost have a walk-through tutorial even though I’m tech savvy. It was not easy to figure out how to set it and keep it set.

The location is fabulous. The staff is friendly. Hotel is beautiful and inspiring to stay in. It’s Clean The suites with a mini kitchen are worth every penny they’re beautiful functional

The beds could’ve been more comfortable. There are no bathtubs, but the showers are very nice. in retrospect. We should’ve been a little more aggressive about wanting some housekeeping done. We just didn’t want the whole room rearranged so we didn’t ask for much.

No cons about the overall hotel. Pillows were plush, didn't have firm pillows to accommodate. Requested more but only had two. Made sleep a bit harder but, everything else was top notch. Peaceful, humble, everything you can want for a vacation. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Do wish to return if they get better pillows. Mattress was too plush but doable. I will recommend. Great job guys, we enjoyed our stay for our 18th anny.

The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. I loved the location and the history of the building that was converted to this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I requested a handicapped accessible room for seniors but the shower did not have a bar so inside for someone with handicaps/ limitations, other than that everything was very nice.

I was skeptical at first due to the outside of the building but once you walk inside, I was blown away. It’s beautiful! The room so clean and very well decorated. Once I laid on the bed I did not want to move! It was nicer than my own house! My husband enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. No other hotel could even compare.

I loved every minute. No complaints at all!

The location is good. There is a lot of night light traffic but double shading is excellent. Lights are excellent. Kitchen area great. Bathroom large and well laid out. No extra towels though.

The carts to tote luggage and stuff inside are horrible. Stuff falls off and not enough room to hang any clothes!

What's not to like first the staff was so friendly. The room was a work of art and the cleanliness was exceptional. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets and towels were perfect.

I didn't like the shower, there's no door and water goes everywhere on the floor.

Pristine environment. Very clean. Room size was great as were the furnishings. Staff greeted us warmly and exemplified professionalism. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hospitality from the staff was stellar! The location of the property was great, the suite we stayed in was absolutely perfect 🥰 We will definitely be returning!
