The front desk staff at this facility are amazing! I called to let them know that I would be coming into town for a funeral and need to check in early. I was told that she would check with housekeeping to ensure the room was available, I explained that I would be willing to accept whatever was ready and available. When I arrived they had the room that I booked cleaned and ready. The room was spacious and clean, the pool was beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I left my lunch and milk shake outside my door because my card to get In my room didn’t work So, when I went back to my room 5 min later somebody already took my food I was disappointed but I won’t say anything for 40 dlls.

I only eat once. But it was good. The people working there was very nice and helpful. I am definitely would stay there again

They Did not have Tv Channels in Spanish, The swimming pool was closed.

Room nicely decorated, not as large as the first room they put us in, there was a couch. The second room they put is in had only a chair and we still paid the same price.

In the first room the toilet wouldnt flush, in the second room the shower leaked at the back of the shower head and the divertor valve when pulled up to run shower didn't work properly and we had water spraying out the faucet and the shower head. No plastic bags in the only waste basket in the bathroom.

The property was renovated and nice but I’m not sure why the bathrooms weren’t renovated.

The bathrooms needed an upgrade and mildew removed.

Everyone was nice and friendly. It was a nice, peaceful atmosphere. The entire hotel was very clean. The rooms were so clean and fresh.

Most of the hotels we stay at now include free breakfast. While this one didn't, we did eat breakfast there twice and the food was very good for the price charged

It would have been nice if the restaurant area didn't close at 9:30 a.m. and not reopen until dinner time. While you do have a snack area which was pretty well-stocked, it would have been nice to have been able to grab something more substantial between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
