Gabby greeted us warmly and was helpful about where to park, where our room was located and a good local place to eat. Tasha came in as we were headed out for the evening. Both of these front desk clerks were awesome!

We did not get to enjoy breakfast since it ended at 9 am.......a little early for a Sunday after a night at the casino. Maybe offer breakfast until 10 on weekends. But, that is the only thing I can call a negative. Everything was very nice.

Breakfast was great! I didn't get her name but the front desk person Night Shift of the 22nd was absolutely fabulous. I had an event to go to and was dressed up and she gave me the best compliment and hyped me up for the event and then when I came back, we spent about five minutes talking about the event and she just had such a wonderful personality and I wanted to give her the highest compliments.

Bills were a bit flat but oh well

Area & convenience of location

Our room on 1st floor smelled of mildew. The room smelled as if the room was flooded from a previous rain storm. The room smelled musty due to the carpet not shampooed, even lysol spray couldn't eliminate the smell from the carpet.

Gabriella and other lady at front desk was very friendly. Hotel was clean and smelled nice when you walked in. Let us check in a little early so we could get to a wedding on time.

The bed was a little too hard and traffic was noisy.

The ladies keeping the coffee brewing were as sweet as the breakfast. Everything was so clean and delicious

My ability to book two rooms at the same time. I had to resort to booking another room separately and it all got messed up. The reservation somehow went to the Boston Quality Inn so I had to pay again for the second booking. The receptionist was marvelous in helping me.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great.

I really liked the stay at the Quality inn the staff were super nice and friendly they really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. they answered all our questions. The pool and the pool area was very clean and so was the lobby area. I really enjoyed my stay.

Was very nice and clean inside and outside.Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean with fantastic water pressure. If I was in the area again. I would stay again. Staff were also very very nice!! No problem at all parking with a trailer. Thank you!
