Loved the staff - we had booked a king suite and when we got there we were given a dirty queen suite and told it was a king and also that there were no kings left. We called booking.com to find another hotel but then the woman at the front desk called up to say she had found us a king suite and was sorry because her room info was incorrect.

The king suite was way cleaner than the queen, but things like the track under the closet doors was filled with gunk and the hanger rail was dirty...also the carpet wasn't that clean. Again, it was ok but that kind of gave me a bad taste.

The breakFasts were good, lots of variety. Our frig was leaking but the maintenance man fixed it. We really liked the location, we used to leave in the neighborhood so we enjoyed seeing how it had been changed to the good.

We were not prepared for all the roadwork that was on going. We should have left a little earlier for church on Sunday. It took us a few days to learn where and when to go.

Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, beds were really comfortable, accommodated us when it came to room location.

Room needs a lot of updating. Drain in tub was rusty, drain in kitchen sink was slow, sofa very uncomfortable and beat up. There was no map of hotel with where the amenities were. No list of local attractions or places to eat. Google works but I still like that info in rooms. Carpet coming apart in hallways. Also, we were excited for the "breakfast buffet" we were not impressed. Ladies working it were nice. Food was bland and boring, not to mention hard bagels and biscuits. Fruit looked like it had been out there for days. Nothing to say what to do with dishes after eating. Many little things.

We were on a two week road trip. We always stay in suites so we have a little room to relax in after a day on the road. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was probably the best we experienced on the trip.

Only complaint was the bacon on the breakfast buffet. It was the thinnest we've ever seen. It's funny little things like that stay with you. Easy fix for the property to fix. It just screamed the management was being way too cheap

The location is excellent with Centennial Park just a block away. The room had a little kitchen, king bed and sitting area. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our 6 nights stay there. The hotel offered a shuttle service wich was fast and uncomplicated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the kitchen staff was extremely friendly and nice. A basic breakfast (eggs, meat, breads, cereal and yoghurt, fruit) was included and coffee was available all the time. The breakfast area was big enough (not necessary true for all hotels, that's why I mention it).

Here (and at almost hotels I stay) the air conditioning in the hall ways is set way to low in my opinion. Due to Covid housekeeping was on a request only base, which means every fresh towel you want you have to request by calling or going to the reception. But I understand the difficult circumstances.

The rooms were really big and spacious for 2 adults and 3 children. Table with chair to eat and good space for kids to relax.

When I checked into the room, the refrigerator was full of food that must of been from the previous people that were staying there. I had to call the front desk and they sent housekeeping to come up and grab the food that was left in there.

The breakfast was very good and hot with plenty of choices.

We were not greeted very nicely and even felt looked down on for booking thru a third party. We used their shuttle service (which was very nice), but forget to inform us they stopped running by 6 pm during the week.

Some of the patrons there were a little scary I felt I had to closely watch my purse We also on a previous trip we’re harassed by a black family hosting a birthday party on the first floor at the end of the hallway We asked for help at the front desk Nothing was done and the teenagers were obnoxious that were at the party They left a mess in the hallway

Nice facilities especially since we had a 5 day stay.

Breakfast was very limited. They are very short staffed so even when we asked for room service we did not get it for 3 days. Had to go ger our own towels and toilet paper from front desk.

Awesome staff at this location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are big, equipped for a long stay. Cannot say enough about the breakfast and service. Awesome!!

One room had a stove that didn’t work, this we were moved to a better room thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.
