The rooms were spacious. Great for a family of five, two adults and three small children. The staff were very accommodating. Nice breakfast with options for kids.

The rooms are only cleaned during a stay if you are there 4+ nights. We called to have ours have a light cleaning but due to hotel policy they would not do it even though there was a sign in the room saying they would do this upon request. We were there three nights total. With three small kids and use of a the kitchen a quick vacuuming on occasion would have been nice! They did supply and broom and cleaner when I requested, but couldn’t keep it for the entire stay.

This hotel is exceptional. It's clean, well laid out, very comfortable, exceptionally clean, the staff is awesome and very helpful. The location is perfect for Southdale Hospital, shopping,dining, and a trip back to the airport. It's quiet and just feels like home. If I had one gripe was it didn't have a bath tube, but that is just a preference, not a gripe. The room had a beautiful clean very large shower. Will definitely be staying there anytime I am in this area. Thank you to everyone at this hotel. You all are exceptional!!!

Loved the room, loved the pool, loved the other guests (especially the 4 legged ones)

The only thing I didn't like was that a woman, claiming to be part of the staff, somehow was able to enter my room. Had a key card that worked for my room. She apologized to my daughters and said she was just looking for her room and then left. I was just coming out of the bedroom after changing back into my clothes. We had just left the pool. I meant to mention this right after the incident but the girls and I were hungry so we went to get food and it slipped my mind.

Very convenient to freeways. Room was spacious, king bed was terrific. Great to have separate living room from bedroom. The extra space was wonderful for a weeks stay!

The one complaint was the toilets...please invest in "comfort height". Very difficult to use for the older generation!

loved that the unit had a kitchen and a separate eating area and that the staff were very accommodating! pets are also welcome for a reasonable price which is always a bonus!

The position of the TV is a little awkward. even though the TV can pivot, it’s still not a lot. we had to move the dresser from the wall to better see the TV from the bed.

Excellent location - close to shopping, great restaurants. Full kitchen with large refrigerator, toaster oven & microwave; super tall ceilings make rooms feel larger; comfy beds & furnishings; great outdoor areas; very welcoming staff.

Had to ask manager to clean gross stains off the drapery. Only one cleaning in 11 days. It would be better to clean every 3 days. We did request more frequent towel changes and were quickly and graciously accommodated. Breakfast choices very unsavory. But Target is close so groceries were easy to get , save and heat up.

Eve was the front desk associate and she was so helpful! My daughter got sick on this trip and was so helpful with bringing us new sheets and stuff for our bed. I loved the pool hours. The kids got up early so they were able to swim that morning before checkout. The rooms were nice in spacious. They also had a very nice laundry facility.

Very good but should have more vegetarian options. For example the eggs had meet in them.

On the sidewalk/road side of the building you can't tell where the front door is. I had to walk around most of the building as the "front" door is actually on the back parking lot side. A sign for pedestrians would be nice

Breakfast was amazing! Beds comfortable, nice clean gym and pool area.

The booking.com website is super shady!!! Beware when booking on here. Advertised free breakfast with my stay at the motel after I booked the room they tried to get $6 more out of me "To add on breakfast since wasn't included in our booking" I declined the $6 offer and sure enough Breakfast was included they were just trying to nickel and dime me for everything, will not book through them again.

Fairly quiet location. Nice room. Very comfortable bed. We were able to choose our floor and distance from elevator. Very nice staff. Lovely breakfast set up. Nice, light filled breakfast/ gathering space. Recycling is promoted here. Pets allowed, too.

Pricepoint was a little high, $170 with all taxes, even with a 10% discount for on-line booking.
