the bistro on the property was so good for a quick lunch or dinner! the pool area was awesome and the staff was so friendly especially Sean and Savannah!! would deff stay again
wish it was closer to restaurants and nightlife. it’s about a 10 min walk which isn’t bad but sometimes when your in the Florida heat / unpredictable rain you want something right there

Lobby, pool and courtyard were lovely. Modern, clean, spacious and inviting. Staff was very nice. They were warm, professional and tried to accommodate guest requests. Housekeeping staff was great. Pool was clean, great size and landscaped pretty well. Staff came up to help my child with A/V for gaming.
The room was dated and needed a bit of work, but was clean and comfortable. I really did not like the pillows. It felt like a bag of rags were in the pillowcase. Guessing those were feathers but it wasn't great. We were there for 6 days, so comfort was very important. Small thing- A/C was either freezing or a kind of warm. Somehow, we couldn't quite get it set to the ideal temperature. Dont like that you have to now be a platinum member to access concierge level. Really too much.

I walked to the Palm Beach Convention center for RomaDrama. The Bistro packed whatever I needed to go. The snack case was a bonus! The pool and jacuzzi wonderful and the ice machine was a bonus very near my room! Also you can choose minimum service. As a solo traveler I didn't need daily room service at all. The airport shuttle is every 1/2 hr. I would definitely stay here again!!!

the amenities in the room are a little tired (such as the 10 year old radio alarm clock and no usb port power sockets. they got our room wrong 2 times and blamed that I booked through booking.com. eventually got the correct room despite them saying they’d actually upgraded us?

Exceptional and responsive front desk staff (Kudos to dancing Bill and the rest)! The Bistro team were all friendly, attentive and remembered our preferences each day. Also, there is a nice selection of tasty and reasonably priced options on the Bistro menu.
We declined housekeeping during our stay except for the day we visited the beach. I specifically made mention to the room attendant that the floors needed to be vacuumed because of all the sand. When we returned, the floor was still covered with sand and debris. The attendant was still in the hallway so I reminded her I wanted the floor vacuumed. She was very abrupt and said she DID vacuum. She didn't offer to take a look, didn't offer to do again...just she did it, period. I video recorded the mess and took to the front desk to show them. I asked for a broom and swept the bathroom and entryway myself. (The front desk team did offer to send someone up, but I just preferred to do it and be done.)

Very clean facilities!! People were CONSTANTLY CLEANING and it smelled like a spa ALWAYS! The workers were extremely polite and helpful. Will ABSOLUTELY stay again!!
The location was a bit confusing for the Lyft drivers. You have to take a ticket and wait for the bar to lift up before getting to the entrance. Most drivers that came to pick us up didn't realize this and kept going around in circles looking for the entrance. They should change this system

The property was good the only issue was that the staff did not clean the room for two days, complained the second day around 1 pm that there was no clean towels or soap, and beds not made. Gave me some towels and said that someone will come to clean the room , but never did. Not that I don’t know how to make a deb , butI was on vacation and paid for all of those services. And it wasn’t cheap, myself and my family stayed fir 6 nights. The charge was the same even though the service wasn’t

I iked everything about the hotel. It was absolutely amazing from the time i checked in to the time i checked out.
I think the situation with the pool being taken over by the groups of kids couldve been better. We couldnt get in the pool or hot tub unless it was early in the day bc the kids took over being wild. I also think it couldve been better controlling the kids being very loud and running through the hotel.

Everything besides the comforter was great including resteraunt and little store even though price mark up is more than 100%
Comforter needed to be thrown away showed mold inside when u raise to a light
