Breakfast was wonderful. Make sure you have your voucher for the free breakfast otherwise you must pay about 18.00 per plate it’s a buffet. Server was very nice. Rooms clean and renovated.

Hallways between rooms were hot and muggy. The pool water was full of leaves and looked as if it had not been clean. Pool structure was missing pieces and Looks unsafe should be repaired. Pool bathroom did not have a working sink so you can’t wash your hands when you use the restroom.

Great customer service, everyone always seemed happy to help & accomodating to our needs.

There’s no longer a free continental breakfast (we were aware of this) but the pastry options were sub par. Paid $5 for a muffin that could’ve put a hole in the wall lol Also, when asked for additional linens they said they’d be up in 10 minutes (no big deal) they didn’t come for about 15 minutes. We decided to just go down & grab them ourselves which did not include a. Lanier for the pull out bed. But we fixed that as well.

I liked that the room was clean and the location was away from a lot of traffic. The staff was nice overall.

The bathroom didn't have a stopper to take a bath. It was as if showers were the only option, which was disappointing. Also the staff seemed dismissive when I requested extra blankets and towels. My boyfriend eventually ended up having to go down to the front desk to get what I requested.

I was not able to receive a statement from the desk at discharge and was further unable to get a receipt from booking.com. Question why would I use booking.com again. If anyone reads this send my receipt to my email. Making it difficult forThe customer is not good business

From beginning to end, Our stay has been impeccable. The first being greeted with warm cookies and hospitality was awesome. Our room was spacious,comfy, bathroom/shower were great no complaints there. The restaurant staff were fantastic breakfast and lunch was delicious. An had awesome time in the swimming pool. It was a great birthday getaway. Thank you so much!

No complaints just praise.

The slim guy behind the counter excellent customer service he displayed making sure I enjoyed my stay and please dnt move him it's staff like him that makes customers return no matter the other bad experience, the shuttle driver lady made sure I knew where to go shopping and tourist attractions she was very friendly service here is better than your Texas hotel .

EVERYTHING! I wish I booked this hotel first during my stay. My flight got delayed and had to go to another airport to caught another plane. I was traveling with my toddler and needed a place to stay for a couple hours. This was the perfect spot. It was clean, spacious, comforting, and overall amazing. They also over free shuttles to varies spots in the area including but not limited to the airport. 10 out 10 for me!

the hotel was nice they emil me before going and explained about house keeping it old but good for that city outside I see iguanas very big it was in all city near any water no restaurant or market near the hotel but there Shattel free from the hotel

It was a very nice and comfortable hotel.

Only wish the hotel had a refrigerator and microwave. Could not house any cold drinks or dairy creamer for my coffee. I use a specific creamer. I also did not have the option to heat my coffee if I chose to. Otherwise, I was pleased with my stay there.

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights Friendly staff and very accommodating with a smile. The breakfast are great hot food or cold food are available buffet style. Make sure to pick breakfast included on your stay they'll give you the voucher at the property. :-) Thank You!
