Property updated, not musty smelling. Room size nice and appointed well. Staff was friendly.
We ordered a room with two queen beds and they couldn't accommodate that when we arrived and gave us a room with a king that was supposedly an upgrade. I would have preferred a room with two beds. I was traveling with my daughter for work and I tend to be restless sleeper and it affects her sleep so it is better for two beds for us. So it affected our sleep. I thought price was a little high, but had little choice for where I needed to be.

No kleenex or extra toilet paper in the room. This was a sold out hurricane 🌀 impacted, area hotel. So maybe they were a bit 🤔 short staffed. The staff that was there, were amazing 👏

Had to wait 1 hour to check in because the rooms were no cleaned yet.. the lady at the reception desk was very friendly and apologetic.. she offered me beverages while I had to wait. If not for her very friendly attitude I would have canceled my reservation and stay somewhere else.

it was very clean and modern. the bed was very soft.
I had a king size bed but they gave my standard sized pillows that were quite lumpy. Also, I had very loud neighbors. called the front desk and they took care of it for about an hour until the banging on the walls started. at that point I just gave up and tried to block it out.

wish the coffee was hot and ready at 6 am instead of 7. We are early risers and was traveling so didn’t get to enjoy any breakfast food or fresh coffee

We had a VERY short stay - arriving at about 1am and leaving at about 8am the next morning but the front desk agent who greeted us (and checked us out as well) was very friendly and helpful! The room was exactly what we needed and my kids even commented on how "fancy" it was. Overall, short but sweet stay!
