I must say that my experience was quite positive overall. While it might not be a five-star luxury resort, this three-star hotel offers several notable features that made my stay enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the pick-up service from the airport. The driver was courteous and helpful, and the transfer to the hotel was smooth and hassle-free. It's great to know that the hotel offers this service, as it's one less thing to worry about when planning a trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed. After a long journey, a good night's sleep was exactly what I needed, and the cozy bed provided just that. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. As for the breakfast, I found it to be quite acceptable, not many options of warm dishes

The food , the amenities, the staff, the coffee stand available to us, Mr.Santiago is an impeccable manager resolved my various issues and reassured me that everything would be just fine and to wipe the tears away , I was so overwhelmed but immediately he calmed me down and fixed Mt problem wow , what an amazing person he us . I will miss everyone there, Angel was an Angel made me feel extremely safe , Mr. Steven amazing bartender he didn't forget what my favorite drink was and immediately took care of me , Thank you everyone again 2 weeks ❤️ completely satisfied.

The location was great.

1. When we arrived the floors of our room had been mopped but were very wet. The cleaning staff should have dried the floors of the room. We were afraid of falling, so we left the room for half hour but when we got back it was still wet. 2. We had an early flight the next day and when we came down for breakfast barely awake, the music in the lobby was very loud and it was disco music. I asked the young lady at the bar to please turn down the volume and to please change the type of music. She was resistant and would not do so… until I insisted… as I wanted to have s peaceful breakfast. Wyndham is a good hotel, but the staff needs to be better trained.

The pepperoni pizza was BEST EVER HAD! THE bed was fabulous..

The room was noisy from traffic. Website stated transportation to port was $8 each and I had cash on hand for the both of us plus tip. We were also told that we could talk to someone @ desk who would schedule our ride to the port as was a service by the hotel. NO SUCH THING. I WAS POINTED A MACHINE AND HAD TO PUT IN INFO FOR PICKUP EITHER FOR THERE AND OR WAY BACK. IT WAS $16 EACH FOR 2 OF EACH PLUS TIP---' THEN THEY WENT TO OTHER HOTELS TO PICK UP FOPR THE PORT. THE RATE WAS DOUBLE

Room was clean and utilitarian, which I was we wanted. The Cafe/Bar was a delightful surprise. We found a big table to play cards and drink wine that was buy-one, get-one for happy hour. Our bartender/waiter was very friendly. I had a delicious Cuban sandwich which wildly exceeded my expectations! It was far better than the "famous" Cuban sandwich I had at Versailles Restaurant in Miami! There were a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a very nice meal at "3 Sons Brewing Co." just up the street.

At certain times, where were dozens of guests with multiple pieces of large luggage. We were offered to leave our luggage in a business conference room, but it would have been honor system based with not security, not even a claim check.

Our original hotel booking was cancelled, this one was the most reasonably priced close to the cruise port, with at least one shuttle, that I could find. Good choice for an overnight in Fort Lauderdale. Close to the airport and they have a shuttle. Reasonable Uber price to the Cruise Port. The little restaurant in the lobby had good food. Room was large and bed was comfortable.

I specifically asked for a quiet room. Our room was located beside the highway and very noisy. Not a lot of sleep. :-( The only breakfast choice is a buffet that looked pretty small. Bring a snack so that you are not really hungry before you get onboard the ship.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Property, Lounge/Bar Area, Rooms and Pool all very nice and clean. We did use the shuttle services for both the airport and cruise port. The driver was awesome very organized with the luggage and getting passengers to where they needed to go.

We have stayed in many hotels at this price range and some even lower and have never paid extra for breakfast. It was rather pricey for what it was. Though the shuttle services were very nice the charge to go to and from the cruise port was also very pricey.

We lost our connection flight so we booked this hotel because it had airport shuttle service. We were able to call the shuttle because a Jetblue employee lend us her phone. Wifi calling to ariport shuttle would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise the room was spacious, the beds were comfy, the selection of snacks downstairs was ample, and in general it was a good experience.

No wifi calls available to shuttle service. They did not give me a receipt on the things I bought at the front desk so I do not know if I was properly charged or not.

We stayed after a cruise and the location was good . Not far to the airport or Cruise port. Staff was nice.Rooms were nice.I love the floors! No carpet! But other than that it was great !!!

No complimentary breakfast for those who had no time before to go get something to eat.Most hotels now give a breakfast for guests that are staying. Price for a vegan type eating person the Cost was ridiculous for like just a waffle.$12.00 a person no way !! Didnt have any fast food restaurants in walking distance for those who had no car and were flying in or out.

Hotel was very close to the airport. The shuttle ride only took 15 minutes from the hotel to the terminal. There was never any anxiety on our part. The driver was very courteous and very helpful. Thanks Wyndham Garden.

Breakfast was not included. We were a bit disappointed that breakfast was not included. In most hotel/motel we have stayed in, they provide a complimentary breakfast. I thought that Booking.com had it advertised as breakfast included but I may have read it wrong. In any case, I wish breakfast was included.
