The front desk staffs were very nice including the manager. I had a room that was smokey and I called front desk just to make them aware of it and they were willing to put me in another room, but I told them its fine and the smell was not that bad. I was only calling to make them aware because I didn't want them think that I was smoking in the room. So, the next morning when my wife and I call to inquired on the breakfast to see if it was free, they offer to give us free breakfast for not having an issue with the smokey room. We were very please because this is excellent customer service and we will be back.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was perfect. I was able to go about my day with no problems. Help was always available. But the hotel was just a little bit hard to get to because there were not enough signs to direct guests to the hotel. I would recommend putting up some more signs out front by the road to direct traffic to finding the hotel

Staff was very helpful and friendly.....willing to assist no matter how many times you go to the desk .

There was a fee for transportation to cruise terminal. I picked this hotel to be near Port Everglades. It was also close to shopping which was great. I'm sure that's a reason for others as well . There shouldn't be a fee but a courtesy tip.

Close to the Fort Lauderdale airport (under 10 minutes). Having the free shuttle service was a real plus. The shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port was also very handy (under 15 minutes) and cost $15 per person.

The pool was having work done for the two days we stayed -- yikes. They offered us free breakfast each day which was appreciated. The next morning at breakfast I was asked about our stay and I mentioned the pool issue. It turns out that Jill, who oversees 6 properties in the area was the one who asked and she swung into action with the property manager, Zack, and they arranged for us to use the pool at the Comfort Suites a short walk away. Very impressive response and much appreciated. Well done!!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING, FROM CHECKIN TO CHECKOUT...THE SMELL WHEN YOU ENTER THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING....THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, THE ROOMS CLEAN, THE ENTIRE PROPERTY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTIONS! MARSHA WHO CHECKED US IN WAS AMAZING, VERY HELPFUL AND MOST OF ALL VERY HELPFUL!

I DID NOT LIKE HOW THE SECURITY OFFICER FOLLOWED ME WHEN I ENTERED THE PROPERTY THROUGH THE FRONT MAIN ENTERANCE AND THEN WHEN I WENT TO PARK OUT BACK HE FOLLOWED ME AGAIN, I REPORTED IT TO THE FRONT DESK AGENT MARSHA BECAUSE I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE AT ALL BY HIM DOING THAT, AND THE WAY HE DID IT WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, I PAID TO STAY AT YOUR HOTEL WHERE I DIDN'T NEED ANYONE WATCHING MY EVERY MOVE THANK YOU... YOU GUYS NEED TO BRING THAT TO HIS ATTENTION, I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIROMENT BUT NOT LIKE THAT....

The location of the Hotel was fantastic. On the first night, our AC was not working in our room. We called the front desk to have someone come and check it out, The maintenance man came and replace the entire unit in less than fifteen minutes. I must commend him for a job well done. Please extend my sincere thanks, (Room 326). I met a wonderful young lady with excellent customer service her name was Jeanne she work the front desk at night. When a company hires people with the knowledge and know-how of providing customer service and appreciate and enjoy their job those employees present themself with great pride and confidence knowing that they represent an extraordinary company. To Jeanne thank you for seeing me as a valuable customer and making the vacation one that I will remember. You're truly an asset to the Four Points by Sheraton.

Your staff is phenomenal. Really helpful and courteous. The manager/supervisor seemed to work a lot of hours or loves her job so much that she stays extra hours because we came early left and came back late and she was still there, and just as courteous, as ever. The kitchen staff and housekeeping is great also. Very happy to see the washer and dryer for very low cost. Great stay

I was hoping my suite would have a living area separate from the bedroom with a wall or separates of some sort. But thankfully it worked out.

Breakfast was very good, staff extremely helpful/friendly, facilities very clean. It's close to the FLL Airport and very convenient for people traveling from it. There was a little bit of confusion and the hotel charged me for 2 more days after I had checked out but I contacted it and they refunded me the due amount.

Nice clean room. Would be nice to have a covered smoking area.

Had to wait 2 hours for shuttle from the airport. . Unacceptable. Front desk people were not efficient in that area. Same in the morning, were told we could take shuttle to port. Shuttle was full because front desk people didn't count right. McKenzie our driver took it upon himself to take us. He said that he runs into this problem all the time.

We booked this hotel because of the free shuttle from FLL airport so we can rest a night before our cruise.

We flew from Canada, my phone couldn’t make a local call for the shuttle to pick us up. The ground transportation desk lady borrowed her phone so we can call as there is no pay phone in the airport when asked. I wish the hotel could send the shuttle as I had messaged them via Booking.com of our arrival time.

It was a great location, as it was close to the airport and cruise port. The lobby staff was friendly enough. Room was clean and everything operable.

The service in the bar/dining area was not good. They were staffed with only one man who did his best, but it was hard for him to keep up. When seeing others waiting an hour or more for an appetizer, we opted to order pizza.
