The location in proximity to the airport and restaurants was excellent. The staff were very nice and friendly. They offered free parking.

The guy at the front desk was really nice and polite. All that you need after a long flight to an unknown place. The room was cleaned, and it was good for one person or a couple. it’s really closed to the airport. Uber was just $9
There was nothing to eat for breakfast most than A little bread and Juice. it’s better for you to look for a different option if you don’t wanted to be hungry later.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. A lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel.
Scratchy sheets, dirty handprint on the wall, trash and hair found in room, people hanging out in the parking lot, people screaming at each other outside of our door at 3am when we had to get up at 7am for an event.

The staff was wonderful. The gentleman Chris at the front desk was just amazingly helpful and courteous. I wanted to check in a little early, and he was able to arrange that for me with such ease.
I can't say it wasn't anything that I didn't like but knowing that I was staying where i was. My expectations were set at a certain level already. so when I saw the room I was pleased. The hotel isn't the most up-to-date, like its competition but you get what you pay for.

Location was GREAT. Close to airport. There are a number of restrarants within walking distance. Hoter is on the city bus route. Manager is courteous and helpful in securing reliable transport to airport at very early time.
Not having transportation to and from airport. Hotel has a van, however reported that they do not pick-up or provide van service. Entry into the lobby/reception area is totally controlled by doorbell/camera. The area seems to be secure and not a crime risk, so why is access so tightly controlled?

Chris the manager there. Every time time in Dania Beach I will stay there. His personality is very pleasing he always greets me when I come in because I frequent the place so much that he knows me by name even when I call and you knows my voice and that means a lot to me. He always makes it his business to, day my request and that's rare. Anytime I can go anywhere and stay and the manager knows my voice just by me calling and then making the necessary accommodations for me is always key and my book I'm a traveling Lyft driver. Even though I live in Florida but when I'm in South Florida always go and stay there.

Each and every time that I visit this property to book a stay the manager at the front desk Chris is always hospitable to me. He always helps me when I need it. Whatever room I ask for if it's available you always makes it his priority to assist me that's why I stay at this particular property each time I decide to book a hotel in Dania Beach. Plus their rates are the most reasonable in the area .
Everything was awesome I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and the staff there.

Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful. Nice sitting area with swing and bench. Early check in available.
Early check in fee, but understood reason why being it's so close to cruise terminal guest arrive a day early for their cruise and sometimes rooms need to be refreshed quicker than normal to accommodate.
