The location was convenient to the major freeway. It was a great location to food options. It was safe and well lit at night. Our room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. I enjoy the products they had in the shower: body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The hotel honored my request for rooms near each other. A full breakfast was provided. Hot and cold items, and the staff present was very attentive. The rooms were up to date, and comfortable. The heater worked fine and the workout room was adequate.
The room coffee wasn't strong enough. The pool is outdoor and not heated.

Araceli who was tending to a Breakfast shift did not shy away from helping to make sure the wet spot on the floor from the elevator by the front desk was dried up before walking away. I recruited her assistance to help make sure the floor was dry before anyone slips and fall. Thank you Araceli.
The key cards kept getting desensitized. I've been using your hotel since end of May. I stayed there every weekend but have not had any discounts.

Very close to shopping, entertainment and food. Continental breakfast was good and included. Staff was very helpful when i had to report my coffee machine was broken in my room and were quick to replace it.
Got confused by sign for pool, thought the jacuzzi was closed as well only to find out on the last day that jacuzzi was open and only the pool was closed.

I drove from San Diego to San Francisco in one go. It is next to impossible for me to sleep in a place I’m not familiar with. I took a shower, and then was out the second my head hit the pillow. I’ve stayed in $300 a night places in the same situation, and couldn’t sleep for the life of me. Whatever vibe you have going on there is 10/10, and I’m so glad I stopped at that In&Out and saw the sign through the trees.

Although I was looking forward to the buffet style for breakfast, their breakfast bag was still okay in comparison to microwavable and convenient food. The staff was easy to talk to. Even if we haven’t stayed that long and needed fresh towels, all we have to do is ask the staff. The location was central.
One of the cards stopped working on the 3rd day but it was easy to get new ones.

Getting in and out of the parking lot can be frustrating because of the streets. Shower drain was slow so showering in a pond. I'm sure that was a one-off situation :)

When I got here my reservation wasn't here they wanted to charge me twice I don't know if it was the hotels fault or it was booking fault booking the third party that I went through I believe that had something to do with it according to the front desk but outside of that everything was great

Couldn't turn the fridge off - we didn't use it, but because we couldn't turn it off or unplug it, it came on at times overnight and was noisy.
