The location was good for my business trip. The bed and pillows were nice, with one exception

1. There were not enough blankets 2. The breakfast was not good, I could tell that Best Western is cutting, way, way back and it was not very good anymore 3. It should have been made clear that Best Western now grabs $100 up front that they supposedly give back if the room is not damaged. I expect this at places like Motel 6 but Best Western has now fallen to that low rank.I talked to a guy that is still waiting for his hundred bucks from New Years. This has made it pretty clear that I will no longer use Best Western!

The jacuzzi tub was huge. A nice bonus. Plus there were mirrors on the walls 👍👍. Huge room lots of space. Clean and Quiet. Would go again, but not first choice.

The front desk at night check in was horribly rude to another guest checking in ahead of me. He had an arrogance with me as well. The mornings staff much nicer and helpful. They did apologize for his rudeness. I didn't know the room was going to be serviced while I was gone. Could have had a heads up. Last the comp breakfast was like for a child. Consisted of an orange, miniature blueberry muffin, nut breakfast bar, and water in a brown bag. Everyone gets the same.👎I understand it's Coviid, but really brown bag sacks. 👎👎👎

Housekeeper tried to enter my room before checkout time. She was banging on the door so loudly she couldn’t hear me respond. She didn’t knock and listen for a response. She banged on the door and opened it. The security bar was on, but she saw me unclothed through the door opening. This was on the day I was checking out one hour before checkout time.

I love the service in the breakfast room. I forgot her name she is an older woman. Very welcoming attitude.

The charging device doesn't work. You must bring a cube to be able to charge your phone.

The layout of the room, it had Blackout curtains so that was a plus.. the hot tub was phenomenal.. room was spacious yet luxurious bedding and blankets were comfortable...

the only thing I did not like was the fact that it had no smoking rooms and it was a smoke-free building completely. I feel a lot of people are missing out on this hotel because of that fact.if you were to have smoking rooms I'm pretty sure you'd get way more business way more customers especially with the Outlook of the hotel and how everything set up and everything like that it's great but could be better

Breakfast better than ok. Even coffee better than most places. Very welcomed by us in the morning. Servicing lady very nice and helpful.

Not much. Especially for the prize we were charged.

Carpet is filthy. We walked barefoot first day and washed out feet several times but kept turning up black on bottom. 2nd day we had to wear shoes in the room

I always have a peaceful stay at best western. They are a hidden gem. Prime location for a stay In The Bay Area.

The area is nice!

The property was nice but I didn’t like that they charged a $100 deposit that will supposedly will be refunded back in 7-10 business days. There was no mention of this when booking.

I Asked to stay in a non smoking room and the room I got smelled like cigarettes. I had to spray Lysol and open all windows to vent it a little bit. I wish I had gotten a REAL non smoke room.
