The room was big, which was nice because we have 3 kids. There was room for a playpen, walking room, and still enough room for my boys to play board games. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Gas stations and fast food in walking distance, miniature golf across the street and a really cool park 5 minutes by car 15 by foot.

Easy access to Freeway, under ground parking

It always seems that day shift old hags who work there owns the hotel cuz they are just so rude, cold n not welcoming individuals but when u get there for swing shift or deal w over night employees, they are awesome and show u that you are appreciated n they honor your business why they have a job! Secondly always get crawling sensation n itch when staying in some of the rooms despite its non pet hotel but do see our feets turn pretty dirty from the carpet flooring so maybe why we get bitten in some rooms..

The Location was very convenient to the freeways. The room was quiet, bed was very comfortable and well as the pillows. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Breakfast had a nice selection, eggs, potatoes, sausage, muffin and gravy, cereals, waffles, yogurts, juice and coffee.

The parking is a little tight but manageable. The heater was very loud when it kicked on, I shut it off while I slept and turned it back on in the morning when I woke up.

I really liked the clean bathroom and shower. It was a nice surprise to see how clean it was. We also enjoyed how many mirrors were in the room because we had to get ready for a concert. We didn’t need to fight for the bathroom mirror. The complementary breakfast was also great because there was a variety to choose from.

There could be more lighting in the basement parking lot.

There is the best putt putt golf course that I've every played upon located directly across the street. If you have kids, or are a kid at heart, you may wish to consider playing (it has 36 holes!). Easy walk down the block to many nice food options (Safeway is close by, too). I'd highly recommend Lucca's Deli for a sandwich, and Wen's Cafe for pho.

We visited in Covid times, so the breakfast was a grab-and-go. It would have been nice to have a little protein as an option (maybe some hard boiled eggs?). It was coffee, juice, yoghurt, instant oats, and pastries.

The breakfast was good considering it was a reduced service for the pandemic. They still had a variety of pastries as well as pancakes and waffles. The room appeared to be renovated recently and nicely decorated in a contemporary style in good condition. A big bonus was that I rented a electric car, and they have a free car charger in the garage!

I suppose the pool could be cleaner, but we ended up not using it. The location is convenient, but it is close to the higher crime area for the town.

The staff was super nice, definitely made the stay pleasing.

The prices changed daily, and I've been here for a week now due to unfortunate events in life, but may be here longer due to my circumstances at finding permanent housing. I would have hoped to been able to get a low flat rate for the extended stay that would be extra nice.

Clean room, friendly staff

Dreary decor…… why brown? Have now stayed in 3 different rooms, all clean, all dreary. Not sure who the decorator was but not well done. The decor is boring. Lobby was always hot. No air conditioning there or in dining area.
