The location, clean room, quiet, and comfortable. It was near gas stations, freeways, a grocery store was right across the street. It was near all of the major airports. The gym was very nice and clean.

Everything was good. My only concern was that we didn't have a microwave in the room and the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. The parking lot filled up fast in the evenings, but that is to be expected.

We didn't eat breakfast. We were disappointed that buffet breakfast or a grab and go were no longer provided. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The bar soap was so drying, it would be great if you could change to something different - I've never had anything that dry in any brand I've bought for home.

Coffee maker didn't work. I tried several times - made sure it was plugged in. I thought my husband had already poured the water in it but he told me he hadn't. Turns out, there was water in there from some previous guest who had also tried to make coffee - YUCK! Do the housekeepers check this?

Everything was great! The pool and jacuzzi were nice to use, and I liked that there were headphones available in the fitness center for the little tvs. I also liked the size of my room, and that there was space for my yoga mat.

The AC unit was fairly loud and rusty, but it was nice enough out that I could use the window instead. It also would've been nice if the continental breakfast were included in the price of the accommodation.

This was a very nice and easy, comfortable stay. The motel is very close to where we needed to be for getting together with family. There are shopping centers nearby with several places to eat. The check-in was very quick and friendly, and the staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. This was our second time staying there and we will do it again. The weekend rates are very reasonable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back again!

The room could have been a bit cleaner; there were stains on the carpet in front of the bathroom.

I originally requested a room on the 6th floor but was told there weren't any microwaves on that floor but on the 5th floor. However, when I checked into my room on the 5th floor, there wasn't a microwave. I called downstairs to inquire and was put on hold. Then I was told there weren't ANY microwaves on the 5th floor as well. Needless to say, the staff don't seem to have their information straight. IF I had known prior to booking my stay, I'd have stayed at another hotel.

Didn’t get an opportunity to have breakfast. Wish the bistro could have stayed open a bit longer. Would also have liked a cup of Starbucks from there, but it’s always closed during the day….reopens in the evening. I just happen to be an all day coffee drinker. Room coffee is okay, but a stronger cup is nice too.

The bistro should remain open nit inky fir breakfast hours, but for lunch time too.

The room was comfortable, clean and relatively quiet. The gentleman who checked us in on the first night was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast food was better than average, but a little pricey. Coffee was good. The lobby area was exceptional both in decor and roominess. The cost for a king room was very reasonable. We will stay there again.

Nothing to criticize.

The place were clean and spacious. Staff went the extra mile for me to find my missing kindle after I checked out.

The elevator was pretty terrifying. It was vibrating and making a lot of sound. My daughter was especially amused to find 2 goldfish biscuits on the top of the ceiling brackets.

Very nice lobby and rooms. Comfortable bed, very large TV and clean, functional bathroom.

Really wish they offered continental breakfast. When we arrived, the carpet around the air conditioner was wet, so we called the front desk and they sent up maintenance with a wet vac and fan to dry it. It was even more wet in the morning though, so we requested a room transfer. The new room didn't have any issues.
