Our rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The exercise room was set up great and we did utilize it. My daughter and grandson enjoyed the pool too. Staff was very friendly in reception as was the maintenance gentlemen too. Was conviently located by the mall and many food options near by.

Our fridge was hot but maintenance replaced it. The sink outside of bathroom drained super slow and my daughters toilet had problems but was resolved on second attempt by maintenance. Housekeeping did not not understand when we asked for an additional wash cloth. All and all it was a nice stay.

THE REFRIGERATOR HAD A 2 HOUR TIMER I DIDNT LIKE THAT AT ALL THE OWNERS JUST NEED PURCHASE A REGULAR REFRIGERATOR & THEY NEED TO PURCHASE A COUPLE ITEMS TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR LUGGAGE THAT IS A MUST DO THE LOCATION IN ATLANTA HAS THE ITEM TO ACCOMMODATE LUGGAGE

King Suite was large with a sitting area. I was exhausted and able to extend my checkout until noon no charge or till 3pm charged. Nice and quiet, across the lot from the mall and minutes from Fremont Hub best Desi food! Also great location for ubereats and doordash.

Staff was nice but a bit socially awkward or maybe even a bit pretentious. Might just be the culture of the area, North Cal. It wasn't taken personal just an observation.

Stylish room. Quality materials. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Good price

It was mostly clean, but there were M&M's under the bed that our kids could have eaten. There was still hair, which is also not pleasant. Also, there was no toilet brush in the toilet. Everything else is very good.

Very nice rooms, comfy beds. Front office staff was great. Wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who checked us in...he greeted me by name the next morning at breakfast...very efficient, friendly, professional.

The property is clean with nice functional rooms . Excellent staff , good breakfast, quality & comfy beds , ample free parking, walking distance to the mall & restaurants.

the breakfast was not good.the hotel itself was excellent,new and clean.but whoever is in charge of the breakfast needs to be changed. everyday the potatoes were under cooked,there was no cream for coffee,so many people and one 4 slice toaster always had a line up.it was so annoying we were a group of 20,absolutely frustrating.

The rooms were clean and the stay was nice. The breakfast buffet was decent enough with waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, croissants, coffee, juices, milk, cereals, yogurts and toppings. Enough to keep the kids happy.

We stayed four days and the only negative comment is that there were not enough staff on hand to have towels delivered to our room. We had to go down and get them.

The hotel is new and super clean, and the room was very comfortable. I loved the bed very much and never slept better. Also, the size of the room and bathroom is impressively big. And, I like the in-room heating system

Staff were friendly, helpful, courteous. Breakfast buffet was a site to see during this pandemic time. Other hotels “served” breakfast in a bag.

Overhead light at desk wasn’t working, making it difficult to work on my computer during the night.
