Room was large and spacious with lounge area, kitchenette and good-sized bathroom. Felt like a studio. Good sized desk too. Helpful reception and also very helpful staff at bar/kitchen. Enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. Excellent value for money. Good location if you need to be near Palo Alto/Silicon Valley; also closer for visiting Santa Cruz in the south and day trips to San Francisco and Napa also possible.

Location is good if you need to be in that Newark/Silicon Valley area but otherwise, there is not a lot to do nearby. However, you can still easily do day-trips. A good value alternative option to staying in the city (much more expensive).

It was very nice and very clean. The amenities were a bonus. As was the bar downstairs. We both really enjoyed our stay here.

The one large complaint we had was that we could not connect our xbox to the TV. We were then imformed that the USB ports do not work with anything other than the TV channels. Our xbox would connect but the volume was at max and we couldn't adjust it at all. Not being able to use our xbox was very disappointing as we can use it in every other hotel I've ever stayed at.

the location and the size of the room, the bathroom was a good size, the view was good and the kitchen area was a plus

I think there needs to be more security at the hotel around the parking lot, I witness a couple arguing in the parking lot around 6:30 in the morning and they seemed to be arguing and the woman slapped the man a few times and then they were hitting each other and I couldn't tell if they were play fighting or being serious but either way, there needs to more of a security presence in the parking lot or cameras recording the parking lot, the location is great and the hotel is nice but there has to be more security on the premise.

I was photographing a long-eared owl and the hotel was within walking distance of Coyote Hills Regional Park. The room was very nice and spacious...and the price was very reasonable. It is owner by Marriot and used to be a W hotel. Note: They don't do house cleaning every day, which they tell you at check in.

The menu in the hotel was a bit limited...

Nice and easy check in. Having to use our key cards to use the elevator makes us feel safer in this hotel. Room was clean!. They placed alcohol wipes near remote control which was nice. King guest room was spacious, had many useful features!

Walls are a bit thin and space under main front door a bit too high. We could hear our neighbors, from across the halls, conversations clearly as they walked out their rooms. And then we woke up to our neighbor’s alarm at 6:30am.

I was not offered any breakfast either time I stayed there. Was a breakfast included with my room?????????? The location was great! I was able to walk to and from work both days. The food at the Bar/Grill was good. Nice to be able to order something onsite & not have to drive anywhere.

The Hotel itself was REALLY hot. Made it very uncomfortable. My room did not seem to be as clean as it was the last time I stayed.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable. Even though there were people in the rooms next to us it was still quiet and relaxing.

The pool and hot tub could have been a little cleaner as there was debris from the surrounding plants floating in both.

The room is nice but it could be better if located on higher level to get natural light. The room is kinda dark inside.

Better room location that gets enough natural light inside the room or had a nice view.

staff accommodated my check-in requests for my daughter and I. Helpful and polite front desk staff including maintenance when called for TV issue. room/bathroom layout/size. ample free parking. good wifi connection

lobby layout where all furniture designated for eating/drinking customers only even outside of meal/happy hour times. Awkward for hotel patrons to not have a place to sit. loud patrons on 4th floor in late hours

The shower was very slippery. I fell on my last day and have a large bruise on my back. This was the only part of my stay I did not enjoy.
