The room was very clean! The heater and A/C worked great! Nice big Modern flat screen tv "65 inch I think... The Staff excellent! The breakfast was better than expected! Liked that I could open the window to get some fresh air in! And loved the double blinds to blackout the outside lights!

The room could be a bit brighter! At night near the window and the refrigerator and microwave oven kinda dark in that area hard to see your stuff! The bed for some reason wasn't comfortable for me and the pillows too firm and poofy!No pool or Jacuzzi! And Laundry services a bit high priced! Small load of Laundry $3.75 to wash and same to dry! So $7.50 for a small load! Down the street Large load $2.75 to wash and . 25¢ for 6 min of High Hot Large Capacity Dryer... Usually $1.00 will dry all your clothes ! So 1/2 the cost and more clothing done at laundermat! But for convenience you pay extra!

My husband and I loved everything about SureStay; the area and surroundings. Literally right by Target and other shops. It was so very close to our family and other stores we like to shop in not forgetting food centers too. Just great!

Well, just a suggestion if the staff can let the housekeepers know to check the rooms to make sure they are well prepared and fully clean before people come in to stay. We found few hairs in the bathroom on the bathtub and walls also the sink had some stains on it. The elevator was also one of our main concern.

The hotel was accessible to stores like Target, fast-food restaurants were abundant in the area as well, a local grocery store was a 3 minute drive away. Parking was convenient and well lit, adding that extra sense of security for clients. The staff were accommodating, Jamila, who attended to us on check out was courteous and friendly. The breakfast selection was good and filling. The housekeeping staff were helpful. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Better quality shampoo, body soap and lotion for shower use.

Perfect budget hotel with nice spacious room recently renovated. Towels are a bit small but they provide extra towels on request. Very clean. Guest coin laundry is very convenient. Reception staff and housecleaning staff all very nice and helpful. Location is great, close to highway and to stores (Target across the street) and many restaurants in the Union Landing shopping area.

You can hear guests if they are talking in hallway but it was very quiet at night.

Target across the street, kind of at the start of an ndustrial area so didn't see any unwelcoming foot traffic. Larger well lit parking lot than previous places I've been. Lobby and Room (315) extremely clean.. nice fixtures, white fresh linens/bedding. Clean bathroom. No messed up furniture or dented fixtures. Breakfast was a to go bag yes but was a great alternative from offering nothing. I had noticed a few negative reviews so I was a little leery.. but nothing was at all deserving of anything but positive.. this place was great so if I'm near the area I will stay again..

Something so minor.. only 1 tiny trash can in room so, Bigger trash can, more than 1

Parking was great, 2 cars in he disabled parking. All staff was friendly and helpful.

The second day we were there we informed staff we would be gone for a few hours and would like the room clean. We were gone for 3 hours and when returned the room had not been clean. A bit later housekeeping attempted to clean room and we declined. The following day and till the day we be left room was cleared in a timely fashion. Having to ask for towels and toilet paper wasn’t the best. We gathered our garbage up and put in a bag by the door and it was quickly disposed. You guys are much better than motel 6 down the road.

Check in was very fast and friendly. The woman who check me in was beyond friendly and welcoming. I wish I would have gotten her name. She answered all my questions and pointed out great information about where things were located, and how their breakfast worked (bagged breakfast), the room was very clean and I was given the option on what floor I wanted to stay on. Tons of parking and very quiet at night. The breakfast was a bagged breakfast, and it had a lot of items including a breakfast Hot Pocket.

My only issue was at night some notice box showed up in the middle of the TV and wouldn’t come off. So it made it almost impossible to watch TV. The pillows were nice and firm, but our mattress kinda dipped in, which was a little uncomfortable for me.

I actually mostly enjoyed my stay The room vas very spacious and clean, really spent good time there

Have only two complaints about this place 1. WiFi is awful. It reconnects every time and the speed is not good. If you have some work to do, forget about it 2. Breakfast is not so good, but it's ok. It is served till 9:30 and if you're on vacation it's just too early
