Breakfast was pretty good -waffle machine is always a hit with the kids. Front desk personnel were very professional and friendly.

Ran out of some items like sausage, oatmeal and milk at breakfast. Also, stayed at other Hampton Inns that had both Light and Medium roast coffee - This location only had Light roast. Also, printer in the Business Center only printed in black & white. I understand keeping B&W as the default setting, but we were visiting college campuses and wanted to print out maps, and only having B&W printing made it difficult to read the maps. Biggest complaint was the lack of parking spaces especially with the other nearby hotels PLUS the fireworks stand that took up space.

Very comfortable room, bed was nice as well as pillows (rare in my experience). Nice hotel with friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Desk in room was good as well as excellent wifi. Lots of parking. Close to amenities and highway

Air conditioner was difficult to control. Never got that right during my stay. Too hot or too cold. Just couldn't work out how to control it. Was the same in all the Hilton hotels I stayed in on this trip.

Breakfast looked great, but we only got coffee and muffins. Our room was amazingly quiet n we appreciated that. Loved the shower water flow! I deal with chronic pain and hard pressure is torture. However this shower was enjoyable. Having a microwave in room was nice, some hotels don't have them. When checking out, the woman at the front desk was engaging and friendly. And even though she wore a mask, you could see n hear her smile. Offered water as we left and shared about the breakfast with us.

When we arrived, the young lady who checked us in, wasn't very friendly. When looking up my reservation, she actually said... " are you sure your reservation is here? Maybe your at the Holiday Express" made us feel like she thought we didn't belong there. The gentleman leaned over and helped her locate our reservation, because he found it before her. We travel a lot, stay in many places. The first person contact is vital to how people feel about where we stay.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The customer service was good and the location decent. Great price too.

Based on the hotel description, specifically for the room type and price, I was under the impression that a hot breakfast with more options would be served, so I was a bit disappointed in the limited grab bag style continental snacks. However, they did provide some options and at least there was enough for guests. The coffee was delicious.

Breakfast had a good selection and area clean. Nice pool and clean gym

Housekeeper appeared annoyed when my daughter wanted to swim after breakfast at 9:00am. She stumped around appearing disgruntled that we were going to mess up the pool area and she would have to clean at that hour.

Not a bad breakfast at all considering its in a hotel. The fruit, namely the oranges look like something bought by the lowest of bidders.

Better Coffee, its bad....light roast and had a sour taste. Its a mystery why this is a constant problem in most hotels. Ask yourself, do you expect good coffee in every hotel you staff at? Here's a self check, if the coffee is great, are you surprised or un-phased?

Having stayed in about 30 motels in the last 6 months, I appreciated that at Hampton Inns Union City the refrigerator and a/c were QUIET. This is hard to find. Everything else also worked: darkness drapes, showers with quick hot water, microwave, coffee maker, ...

Front desk woman was so friendly and blessed us with water. The room was excellent! Love that I feel safe when my husband takes a bike ride.

When getting breakfast, the worker was not friendly at all. Not even a smile. When I asked her for a tray to take breakfast to my husband, she told me to go back to my room n get that one. Eggs were kind of cold, not much of a selection but enjoyable.

The staff is always friendly!

The ceiling light fixture fell down in the bathroom as I was contemplating using it before going to sleep making a loud bang and startling me. The staff was great and moved me across the hall to a different room so the could deal with the mess in the morning when the cleaning staff arrived.

Breakfast was terrific; the staff went above and beyond. I will not stay anywhere else when I stay in Union City or surrounding areas. The location is perfect. You have shopping, entertainment, and dining, all within walking distance.
