The hotel is amazing. It is really easily accessible from San Jose international airport around 15 mins by taxi. Centrally located. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast is really good. Overall 5/5 for the staff and services. A must stay hotel with best value for money.

The wifi in some rooms are not really accessible. I have to change my room to be near to WiFi router as I have to work and attend meetings. But the staff really made sure everything is fine. They happily changed my room the same day when I asked for without any additional fuss.

This hotel was surprisingly nice. The rooms were spacious. They provided a small sofa seat, a desk and chair, TV, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable too! I would definitely stay in a Best Western Hotel again. Great price point.

This hotel did not provide as much amenities, which is not surprising due to it being a 2 star hotel. There was no hairdryer, and the bathroom products such as shampoo and conditioner were very small. The breakfast was okay, although I am grateful for any free continental breakfast.

My significant other and I were pleasantly surprised by this Best Western when we arrived. While it was in a relatively quiet area, there were actually a lot of stores and fast food restaurants nearby such as Target, Smart & Final, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Denny's etc. On the topic of food, this Best Western location did provide their guests with complimentary breakfast which included beverages, breakfast sandwiches, cereals & oatmeal, toast/bagels, and even a waffle maker. Though we didn't use it, we also did see that there was a pool and even a little fitness area in case someone doesn't want to miss their gym days. I also found it very nice that they also offered laundry services for their guests. In regards to the staff, they were all very kind and helpful; during breakfast hours, the front desk would come by often to ensure everything was stocked and that the food area is kept clean.

This Best Western is stationed next to a bus stop and while that didn't bother us, I could see how the hourly departure of the bus could annoy some. One thing that should be mentioned, though it is not the fault of the hotel, the street it's on has a large center divider. It can make entering and leaving the complex a bit more difficult if you're not too comfortable doing some U-turns at the light.

Breakfast was always fresh and there was staff to help out. Very clean building in and outside. Great location. Easy to find.

The shower curtain let the water out and had puddle on the floor, didn't have laundry bags in the room. The soda machine was kinda meh, would be better to upgrade. No snack machines, but target is 3 min away.

The location is good. For the first day we had no car but there are quite a lot restaurants and a shopping mall you can reach in walking distance.

Nothing! The breakfast is absolutely fine. The staff is very nice and helpful. The pool is great. The room is clean and the beds are really comfy!

All 4 days one of the ceiling light bulbs was non-stop blinking and flickering. Requested it to be fixed 3 times. Maintenance guy came in on day#2 and I could not understand a word of what he was saying (no command of English language). Problem was not resolved, light bulb continued blinking throughout the entire stay. It was very annoying and inconvenient.

Great location for my business needs. Great places to eat within short drive or just up the street if walking. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Noise caused by some guests late at night was annoying especially when their company name is written all over their trucks. Several of the folks I was meeting with knew of the company and said it didn't surprise them as not very professional. Certainly not the hotels fault.

we were getting very nice welcome and real nice understanding the need to check in earlier than usual as we were after 15 H flight and 1+h drive, so early check in was very nice

not much not to like, as I do not control other guests, little to much smoking in stair cases

The breakfast was very good and way enough preparation for Covid-19. The lady was very kind and explained well even we checked-in late night. Thank you

When I checked-out, a man was sitting on the chair and treated me not that friendly as a lady did last night. Other than that, everything was perfect.
