We stayed at Signature Inn because we had a 48-hour-long power outage at our home. The outage made it impossible for me to work from home as well as very difficult for my kids to attend school online. At a short notice, the inn was the best option for us. I loved how clean and kept the inn was. For a place under construction, this inn did a great job of keeping the messiness of construction as well as the noise away from the rooms that are being used. The check-in process was painless, I was able to check in with my 3 young (under 10 years old) children. Gugha helped with our check-in and he was incredibly patient, kind, and informative about all the rules that the inn had. If you make the decision to stay here, hopefully, you have the opportunity to be serviced by Gugha, he's great.

I really didn't like this Inn's location given that it's located along a busy street and given that it's close to downtown san jose there are a lot of random people who make random noises in the middle of the night. I also didn't like how easy it was to hear people walking outside the door to my room. I stayed for two nights so on the second night I just slept with my tv on to mask the sound of people talking and walking outside my door.

There are stores close to Signature Inn which is convenient for our stay. Most of staffs are very friendly and room is very clean. No one will bother our stay and room clean only upon request.

There is no hair dryer in our room. Our clothes have no place to hang only wall nodes can be used. Microwave is available only in the reception office and it is too small to heat our takeout food. Noise is pretty loud from neighbor room and street traffic.

The room was cute. That was part of the appeal in booking and it looked like the pictures.

Two things would have made the stay better. A microwave in the room and an edge to the bed so it didn't slide around so much. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the lack of microwave in amenities. With the bed, it's a platform bed with nothing to keep it from sliding around and it slid around pretty easily.

The room was beautifully renovated. There was a mini fridge, comfortable bed, big TV, large shower and very clean. The location is very close to the airport, yet I didn't hear any air traffic. There was a variety of choices for food options within a short walking distance of the hotel. A little grab and go breakfast bag was nice and a piece of fruit added to it would a nice touch.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really liked the freshly done modern and simple design. Great to have the sink and counter separate from toilet and shower. Quiet despite busy street and very comfortable bed. Liked the system of two window shades for light filtering privacy or room darkening. Easy location for our travels. We would choose the Signature Inn again!

The aesthetic was really cool. The electronic services were well provided. I liked the different channel selections. And I also appreciated the location as an alternative to a different place I normally stay in the area.

Wasn't a fan of the downscaled breakfast service. A little inconvenient getting to other locations in the area due to being on the wrong side of the street from other things.

I feel I love walking into the lobby, I’m all about mid century modern decor and this had it. The room was clean (we were the first to stay in it) and had the mid century decor touches from the fridge to lighting. The bed was comfortable, so much so I said I was going to see what type of mattress it was so I can purchase for my home. Overall pleased with stay and would definitely stay and recommend.

The location was perfect for what I was there for. It was nice to be within a short distance to all the things I wanted to do.

The room was stuffy and it was hard to get it dark enough to sleep well. Being right next to the road meant more noise than I had anticipated.

I loved how clean it was when first getting there and the comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities. It was in a perfect location for what I was going to do in the Bay Area. It’s a quiet area on the border of San Jose and Santa Clara.

The only thing I didn’t like was that you can smell all the smoke from the room next door. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I can handle it.

The new decor is incredible! Anyone that knows how this property used to look will be speechless!

When plans change & you extend your stay you must put down a separate deposit if you rebook online. Your original deposit won’t just be rolled over as everywhere else I’ve stayed, from Motel 6 to The Drake Hotel, had done.
