Good instalations.

I got in the hotel, and they said I was not booked there. They could not find my reservation. I was told to go to another Holiday Inn in San Jose. I got to the other Holiday Inn, and the clerk told me that I was not booked there and that I was not the first person that day with that problem. When I got back to the hotel, they said that the booking had just arrived. While waiting for the room in the lounge, there was a party extremely noisy. After a long flight and all the trouble of going up and down in San Jose, I was exposed to a session of torture!

Clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Average room amenities with one suggestion. There might be more than one tea drinker in a room. The coffee service was set up for 2 cups of both decaf and regular. Our room had one tea bag. Best employee encountered over 2 stays is definitely "Lili" the bar tender, food server and hotel's best PR.

Breakfast options could be better. Hotel buffet breakfast - in comparison to a Choice Hotel or similar - hot breakfast- offers the same food items of comparable quality and quantity- for $18 plus taxes. At other 3 star hotels the breakfasts are complimentary and included in the rate. Being handicapped and car-less, we could not wander the neighborhood looking for a diner or fast food.

The breakfast is well priced and is much better than a standard hotel continental breakfast. We also enjoyed a dinner. We fly from Hawaii to Chicago and break the flight into two segments. This hotel is convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was excellent. The shuttle is a separate service from the hotel.

I am not generally a negative person so I don't look for items to ruin my day. The staff is responsive. The room was ready before check-in time. This is our second yearly visit here and we plan to return next year.

close to airport. could leave vehicles will out of town. comfortable and clean room. sheets were not the softest. I severed its purpose. The staff was very nice.

hotel is in a sketchy area, lots of homeless and shady ppl. We didn’t feel safe going out after dark. that’s not the hotels fault, that’s the state of the city. I did like that they lock the front door after hours. we were up at 4:30 for the shuttle.

Being from san jose calif me and my grilfriend of 5 years like to get away for a day pr so we make of only me and. Het enjoying sj then we pick a hotel to telax and i have to say this was one of the nicest so far we didnt check in til añmost 8 pm it was nice to sre peaple at the front desk pnly bad thing i lost my engagment ring and the siurroundng area is alittle bit on the shaddy sife will be back soon

The room and service i told them i losy my ring and the staff helpe d me look never found it the thout that counts

Only drawback was I asked for a 4:15 AM wake up call to catch my flight. The person receiving the call repeated it back to me. Of course I set my own alarm as well. I had only been asleep for about two hours when the wake up call arrived at 1:15 AM. Then it took me a while to fall back to sleep. So I ended up with only about five hours of sleep before my flight. And of course at 4:15 I called and come through.

The room was clean with a super comfortable bed! The hotel staff, especially the front desk, were very friendly and helpful as we had several questions about the city. I went with an IHG hotel because I didn't want any bad surprises being we were flying in for a convention...they did not disappoint!

This hotel would have only been better had it been a little closer to downtown, but that being said, it had the E-train right outside of its gate, which was really easy to use.

I really liked the front desk, i don’t remember the guys name but he was super nice and helping with absolutely everything. As well for the night shift the woman who worked that night she was super helpful and super sweet. The hotel was super clean, the room was super clean and i didn’t have an issue with anything. Definitely would stay here on any trip. Quite pricey, but worth it.

cleanliness, spacious, comfortable

Checking in staff Lizette was rude and snappy she need more training on how to handle disabled staff( my hearing is low I was wearing hearing aid) she said in a rude manner don't raise your voice. I told her I have hearing aid and I speak loud. I don't know why she is snappy. secondly we came early and I have to attend retreat at 3 pm she said wait till 3 pm then I will let you know so we left and came back at night

Room was large and the bed very comfortable. All staff were very kind and helpful. Onsite restaurant/bar is also a nice amenity as well as the 24 hr self checkout market that had a variety of necessities, snacks, beer & wine available for purchase. Would stay again if in the area!

Hallways appear to be a bit dated but the rest of the hotel certainly is not.
