Location was great - right next to the airport, and had a parking lot that was free to park at. The room came with a kitchenette, which had a full-sized fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen tools. Desk was very large and spacious.

I didn't like that they only clean the room once every 7 days. Would have been nice to get clean towels and sheets more often. Also the shower's water pressure was terrible. It was like a drizzle, and takes forever to shower.

Overall easy check in and check out. Room was a legit suite in that there was a chair to relax in and a desk to work. Bed was comfy and shower with very good pressure. Adequate parking and stores nearby for food and restaurants.

4 pm check in seems outdated. 3pm would be better for almost everyone and closer to industry standard.

Room distribution was on point, and facilities were close to my workplace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Finally, it is close to every such like train station, airport and downtown.

The only is the parking fee if you own a car. Please make sure to have that on consideration when booking.

the property was very clean and bed was comfortable, I only stayed 2 nights but I slept good throughout the night. When checking in the front desk asked if I wanted to be on the side where you can’t hear the train pass by which was a good thing.

the only issue I had with the room was the shower pressure was low, it still worked ok but the pressure could be better.

The hotel was located across Santa Clara University and walking distance from the caltrain station. The hotel was near a grocery store, Starbucks, and a couple freeways. The room had a kitchenette, which we loved. The room was spacious.

This actually has nothing to do with the hotel, the room right above us make all kinds of noise and what seemed to be running across the room!!

the area was awesome , right next to the train station , a bus stop , a Starbucks , a really good bagel place , the police station , a bank. it was perfect , a perfect stay.

when we went into our restroom in our room there was hair everywhere and the toilet paper had a giant nasty brown stain on it :/

The staff were very helpful. The room had everything they stated would be there. It was clean and quiet,

This is pretty nitpicking but the light above the kitchenette was really stained and so the light was dim. Small amount of rust on the shower head. These were so small I will definitely stay there again which tells you it was minor issues.

Very helpful staff Great location for the soccer, and right next to train station and buses. Airport short bus ride too. Opposite large university campus which has coupla takeaways and a small shop nearby

Not much choice locally for food/drink. No on site bar.

That we can were able to take the bus to Levi’s stadium to see a game. The bus stop was right across from hotel. Bus brings you back to the same bus stop. Best part was free. I will stay here again.

No good coffee around 😕. The Starbucks there is close during the weekend.

During COVID-19 the pantry was closed and the staff is exceptional. I got a lot of valuable info from the friendly front desk. They all went above and beyond at check-in and any time I had a question.

During COVID-19 the entrance was filled with safety reminders, but guests are mostly not wearing face coverings inside the premises. I would like to see more reminders on the property. In the room, I would like instructions about how to reach the front desk and other basic information (TV, internet, etc.). There was a horrid smell that would happen in the middle of the night and lingered for most of the morning, not sure if someone is smoking in the building or sewage odors were drifting through the vents at night. Don't get me wrong, I still like the place.
