Every member of staff I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The issues I encountered were dealt with promptly and easily.

I chose this location specifically due to their no pet policy (I am severely allergic). I could hear a dog outside my door in the morning. However, the room was clean and I suffered no reactions. There was also confusion at check in as to who I was. They thought I was another guest from the Netherlands and I did see (via the room television menu) that they had my room booked under a Belgian woman's name (I'm neither European nor a woman). Though I had no car and requested no parking multiple times they had charged me an additional parking fee (since resolved) but I'm assuming that may have been tied to the Belgian woman's request they confused me with. Despite these issues, staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Maybe a little confused, but awesome nonetheless!

Family and I stayed there for a Soccer Tournament at Ken Mercer field in Pleasanton. the hotel location was a under a mile away which was perfect. Plenty of stores and places to eat near by as well. Breakfast which was included with are stay was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking in the area. Located right off of 101 highway.

Wish the gym was better equipped and they had a hot tub.

Needed a place to stay for my daughter to finish the school year and the location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful pool area.

Two things: 1- Trying to get a black coffee was timely and expensive. 2- Paying for parking. For a small town with a huge, mostly empty lot this seemed like a ridiculous charge.

Check in was easy but do pull up front and check in because you have to get a parking pass (the site says free parking, I thought, but the clerk said it's $5 that they will cover for me and seemed to be part of the room). It's very nicely laid out and attractive in the lobby with nice spaces to sit and socialize, the pool was open, nice garden area, the room is nice and bed is super comfy with great pillows, Roku tv, coffee maker, mini fridge (no tea & no micro), and very clean. There is a full-length patio door that leads straight out to the parking lot. But the area seems fine so that wasn't a concern. And the locks were working well, they even had a security bar to put up for the sliding door. I thought it was a great value and the room was very comfortable even though I was on the corner by one of the exits. The reception even told me some great restaurants nearby.

Nothing really to complain about. This is a very nice value if you have things to take care of in surrounding cities but that are overcharging at their hotels, come here and get a decent price on a great hotel. I didn't comment on the questions about the 'rona because I think people should know by now it's not a pandemic and has a survival rate of 99.9%. Let's stop playing this game of germs and protocol and get back to being a great country. Enough already. But yes, this hotel is following all protocols, for the few who are still concerned.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Having a restaurant in the hotel lobby was convenient for a morning breakfast.

The signage out front was hard locate and to read from the street. The sign is low and shrubs can block the view, as can a car block the sign.

Location was determined by the occasion: returning for the funeral of a family member. I did like hte proximity to the highway, since we made seveal trips to Bay Area airports.

Could have used a second chair in the room, since I shared it with my son, who used the sofa bed. I didn't appreciate the noisy and out of control kids, maybe a dozen of them, in the lobby the evening of Saturday, July 24.

comfortable accommodations

staff could have been friendlier. ordered breakfast, but did not know that 1) it started at 7AM and 2) it was not a buffet. mostly because of the 7AM start, we could not make use of the prepaid breakfast because of our softball tournament schedule.

The hotel was beautiful. Beautiful room and super comfy bed and best bedding. The service and hotel staff and customer service was excellent. We are planning to return to this hotel soon.

There wasn't anything I disliked. Everything exceeded my expectations.

A + all around !

housekeeping and guests very loud in the halls before 8 am all weekend. housekeeping should patrol the halls in the am and remind guests to sssshhhhhh unless they want to pay for other guests rooms hehe.
