The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the amenities were great. The view was beautiful from my room and the room itself was amazing had a super nice bathroom and the TV was nice had plenty of apps to watch.

The only thing I could say is it would have been nice to end the night off with a nice sit in a hot tub but other than that the stay was exceptional

the house keeping staff was not friendly. I did leave them a tip. I asked for an extra towel because we only had 2 and there were 3 of us she gave me an unpleasant look. i asked a guy that was going to start to vacuum if there was an ice machine and he didn’t know where it was. i did eventually find one. the bartender took long to acknowledge me so I left

I like the friendly staff. I also really appreciated they could move me from a Highway room to the shopping mall room, as the highway can be pretty noisy. Simple but good breakfast. Very friendly bartender (she/her) making a great Old Fashioned. Very close to the office.

The water in the shower got away very slowly. Also my fault, did not address it during my stay.

Location was perfect for travelers. Right off the high and close to shopping centers, grocery stores, foods, etc. Beds were Superb as were the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only thing I didn’t like were the “breakfast” part. Bit pricey for the basics food amenities. Just my opinion

This hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. It is in a great location by Bart and the mall. The rate was also better than many of the hotels in the area.

I did not like that the outside of the building looked like an office building and the lady who checked me in was new and did not describe the facilities or know how to complete my checkin on her own. But she was friendly.

The front desk staff was truly amazing & provided nothing less than superior customer service 🤗 The room was immaculate✨ It was the perfect combo of modern/chic & extremely cozy & inviting. I was also highly impressed with the gentleman working security who went way beyond the call of duty to help my daughter & her friends continue her birthday celebration 🥳 You guys rock!!

The only thing I didn't like is having to leave. I will definitely book a room for more days when I return 😁

This is my go to hotel when in the East Bay. Great place to meet clients. Safe comfortable and lots of parking, Bart is near by so it is easy to get to San Francisco. They are conveniently across from the mall so many eating choices just footsteps away.

I wish the restaurant was open for service, and that they would provide bottle waters on a daily basis, Due to the pandemic we did not have room service while there. If they would drop off water every morning that would be great.

Sorry to say,, while the overall facility and staff were outstanding, there were 2 incidents that did not sit well. First, the initial room we were assigned was not clean. The floor next to the bed was soiled with a nasty looking stain, obviously not touched by the housekeeper. We were moved to another room, and were rudely awakened at 2 am by the noise and celebration of a wedding party. Not a good experience. But again, without these incidents, we would rate this facility “outstanding”.

The property was clean and well decorated.

I felt lead astray in regards to the free breakfast option. clearly breakfast was not an option. There was only one individual making sandwiches for breakfast and there was only decaf coffee available. If breakfast isn’t available please add it to the website.

The bartenders were particularly kind to my folks as were the front desk people.

They paid too much for breakfast. Should be included in the stay.
