Clean room. Friendly staff during breakfast this morning. Didn't get her name, she maybe in her 50s, she really looked after us well.
Grumpy guy at the reception last night, no smile, lacked customer service skill. Hope our nationality didn't have anything to do with it. Expected your swimming pool to be operative, I had put request earlier in the week for our room to be close to pool. No one came back to advise.. very disappointed especially as my two daughters were really looking forward to going in the pool

The staff was amazing, extremely polite, helpful, and respectful.
The iron and ironing board. The iron was broken in Room 527. Water profusely dripped over everything. I had to wear another outfit due to the water dripping over my outfit and limited time to ready myself. The ironing board looked as if it was for a little kid, extremely too small and too low.. Other than this, our stay was superb.

Staff at check in was extremely welcoming and helpful. Even for being on the later side of the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and clean.
The hotel is beautiful and easy to access from the freeway, the only thing that was frustrating was how thin the door or walls seemed. You could hear everything going on in the hallway and lobby outside.

We booked the room and were advised that of the first night rate. When we saw the bill, subsequent nights were significantly more expensive and we felt misled. The documents did reveal the different rates but were misleading and poorly disclosed.

The fresh fruit was outstanding as was the complete breakfast selection. The staff was better than outstanding. They were welcoming, friendly, attentive and brought to-go coffee cups without prompting.
Not wild about the eggs but the bacon and sausage made up for it.

It was really nice and clean. The staff was nice when checking in and out. The room we stayed in was really clean and nice. Beds comfortable and the little couch. We stayed here for a wedding we were attending only a short distance away. The only complaint if your a light sleeper like myself, the walls are very thin. I could hear the couple across the way in there room and others in hallway. That is my only complaint but other than a pleasant stay. Thank you

Stuff was very friendly. Pool and jacuzzi access is a plus, since it’s hard in the Bay Area find an hotel with pool/jacuzzi access due to covid. Location is great, mall across the street but very low key hiding from civilization, very quiet at night.
Our toilet clung in the morning due to the renovations Marriott is making, but one call away and they were there to fixed it.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with apartments. 2AM in the morning someone's car alarm went off - also can be noisy with neighbors, depending your room location I guess.
