This hotel is in a great location--close to restaurants and shops, and close to the fairgrounds. Most of the staff here are very helpful, professional and friendly. The room was clean and modern and it was so nice to have a kitchen with a full fridge, stove top and microwave, and a bathtub/shower combination. The room had a queen bed and a couch with a pullout bed, which was very helpful.

The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. It is called a grab and go breakfast so it's really just some coffee and danish. I thought it would be more along the lines of what you get at the Best Western in Pleasanton, i.e., some eggs, bacon, etc. Also, the clerk who checked us in at night wasn't the most friendly on earth but all the others were very helpful.

It’s an ovation coldest place a quiet at night which I love honestly everyone here stayed so positive and was so polite even on the first tonight I had a couple problems with Becky prices for at everything that straightaway and the staff today at noon to take route they didn’t let me choose to cancel the station or they understood the issues that we were having with the Booking the room and they worked with us and they were awesome

The young man at the front desk was very helpful. I even asked for a specific room and he was very eager to help me and find what I needed. I stayed three days in. I’ll be staying there again. It’s cleaning safe and it’s good atmosphere.

We had no coffee pot. No cups or anything for ice. No shampoos or soaps of any kind. When we called about getting some cups the front desk person said for us to come down and get them ourselves. I've never stayed somewhere, where the staff didn't bring it. Then they gave us washable plastic cups and told us they were just out of the wash but we may want to wash them again because water there isn't very clean? Probably shouldn't be telling guests that. Very friendly though. The letter from the cat lady trying to get people to take care of a stray parking lot cat even made him a email address was alittle odd.

I always take my certified, registered Service Dog. Staff like her and are very nice to her. Several guests asked to pet her in the lobby at different times. One really liked her and actually went out and bought her special treats. She asked front desk staff to deliver them to me ... well, to my dog. Staff did, and when I wanted to know send a thank you note to the guest, I described who I thought it was, and they confirmed it. They were careful about MY privacy and safety - AND that of the other guest. I appreciated the discretion with which it was handled.

No grab and go breakfast as always before - I was told it was due to COVID, which I understood.

Staff was excellent. Easy parking and access. No trouble with us having my boyfriend's service dog either.

The bathroom could have used a little more attention. My boyfriend has very, very short hair. Mine is long but is medium brown. I kept finding long black hair all over the bathroom, even stuck to the wall near the ceiling.

The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating. I have severe arthritis, and they were more than willing to get me extra pillows to help me be more comfortable. Housekeeping was helpful; even though they don't do daily room cleaning, they always asked if I needed anything. I travel with my service dog, and everyone is always very kind to both of us!

The phone kept disconnecting my local calls. It was obviously annoying, and I had to call the same few people back numerous times. Once I got home and viewed my bill printed out (I do not have a Smart phone and was given no print-out this time, "due to COVID policy," I noted additional charges on my bill. When I investigated it, I was told there is a $1. charge for each local call. I don't mind the $1/call charge, but I don't remember it from previous stays, nor do I remember seeing it posted or mentioned anywhere. Due to the disconnects, I was charged for 9-12 calls, when I actually made only a couple of calls, but I had to keep calling back after disconnects.

I liked that it had a fridge and a microwave. The sofa bed was a plus. The fact the you can access the hotel thru any door was great. I've been to some where there is only one entrance.

It was a little dirty as far as the hallway. The frigerator was dirty I had to clean it. And there wasn't enough blankets I went to buy one, although I turned off the air it was still cold.

Very helpful staff and clean accommodations! We have 2 large dogs and stayed without any hassle. Also noted, the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

A slight cigarette smoke smell, my guess the room at some time had been smoker friendly, it wasn’t so bad that I wasn’t willing to stay there.

The woman who checked me in and helped me throughout my stay was very friendly and helpful. She ALWAYS hd a smile on her face.

The fire alarm going off at 0130 AM Saturday morning was not pleasant.
