Beautiful room, we stayed in one of the bigger rooms that accommodated 6 adults. Room had kitchen and we loved that grocery store "Luckys" was 5 min away. We were accommodated with an early check in, front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. And when I asked for extra towels she graciously gave them to me. The room had everything we needed in it from a large fridge, kitchen, sink, microwave, coffee pot, ironing board and iron, roomy closet, plenty of hangers, shampoo and body wash was full, beds were very comfortable, and room was very spacious and very clean. Room had plenty of toiletries too. A light breakfast with nice variety was appreciated consisting of fruit, eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, bagels, cereal, coffee, orange juice, bread, toaster, nice and roomy and they have a pool and a bar with a nice selection of drinks. Parking there is plenty also and free.

No elevator, and we were up in the 3rd floor. We were 6 adults, and there were only plate settings for 4 guests. The restroom sliding door stuck once I locked it and I couldn't get out. It took my spouse to wiggle the door and move around for it to finally open (Not funny then, but funny now) Would i stay here again, absolutely. Do I recommend you stay, absolutely.

We stayed in a suite, and it exceeded our expectations. Both rooms were spacious, and there was a small kitchen which was well stocked had we chosen to cook. The breakfast was filling, and there was some variety on the weekend.

Its a small thing.. as a vegetarian it would have been nice to have separate utensils for some of the meals. For example there was sausage one morning in the same tray as pancakes, and only one tong for both of them.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a very functional kitchen so we could prepare our own meals. Breakfast was good, especially the made-to-order omelets. The staff was excellent, courteous and helpful. For example, Monique at Reception loaned me her phone charger for 2 days because I had lost mine. Lennon, a Supervisor, did everything possible to repair a broken door lock and provided a room at a nearby Hyatt property until repairs were made.

This property has three floors but no elevators. If someone in your party has a mobility issue, request a ground floor unit.

It was a 3 mile walk from the hotel to the Alameda County Fairgrounds which was perfect for us because we like to walk. There were lots of choices for dinner within walking distance of the hotel. It's a very nice, safe area. The room was comfortable and had a nice kitchen, but weirdly no sponge to wash the few dishes we had. Didn't want to run the dishwasher for two dishes and two cups.

There was a grab and go breakfast which was okay. We opted to get breakfast from Starbucks the 2nd morning. There was an odd piece of equipment mounted on the wall above the mirror in the bedroom. When we looked it up, it turned out to be a motion detector. That made us fairly uncomfortable. We covered it up with a t-shirt at night and took off the t-shirt during the day. We assumed they were using it to determine whether someone was in the room or not for housekeeping purposes. But still creepy.

Clean, pet-friendly accommodations close to food and shopping. Comfortable bed and spacious suite. Convenient breakfast. Plenty of free parking.

Room was dark. Windows were not adequate to let ample sunlight in the room. Coffee in the room was pathetic. If you get up early, like myself, you have to wait for breakfast for coffee, which starts at 7, or walk/drive to Starbucks, which is a 15-minute walk. Breakfast was very basic and grab and go because of the pandemic.

Large room with great accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils for our use. The TV does need some sort of guide to indicate where to find the local channels.

The shower stall has no place to hang a facecloth when using it. Nor is there a location for the used towel to hang. These are both minor items and do not significantly affect my view of the place.

The pool and hot tub were excellent with clean facilities and attentive staff. The bed was perfect and we slept very well. The room had a refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, and coffee machine. There were two large flat screen TV's with the normal channels and programming. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional.

Because of Covid regulations, the breakfast was grab-and-go and not the usual full buffet. But still there were juices, bagels, cereals, fruit, muffins and a sausage-egg breakfast sandwich, and hot coffee.

Room was nice, good breakfast and the pool and workout room looked great. Didn’t have time to use it. Busy weekend

Not being able to check in early, we had a wedding to go to. Checked in a little after 3, the room was still being worked on. Somehow we made it to the wedding.

Breakfast was monotonous but quality was good. Some food would run out at some times.

More frequent cleaning of room would have helped. Had to request cleaning about 24 hours in advance. Minimum should be taking out trash and changing towels every second day without asking.

The location and clean facility. The room was perfect size for a family of 5.

There was a big party in the pool area. People not staying at the hotel took up the whole pool area. People were smoking and drinking heavily. My kids and I were unable to use the pool.
