Mostly excellent. Beds very comfortable, shower great, lots of fluffy towels. We had a suite and the kitchen facilities were great. We loved the pool area. Not many sun loungers but we were the only users so that was fine. Great breakfast. Bottomless coffee.

Only two things - the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Probably ok for a child but not fur our 20 year old son. Second - the hairdryers - not great. One didn’t work at all - the other made a loud bang in my hand - it took 45 mins to get a replacement- which also didn’t work. I was getting ready for my sons wedding and this caused me a huge amount of stress. Housekeeping were not responsive enough to my three phone calls - the last in tears! Seriously - just replace the hairdryers!!

The Breakfast was great. I would love to see a vegan or vegetarian option. I am lactose intolerant and would have loved to see some almond milk or some other substitute. I learned that some of us who frequent here do so because of our cancer treatment at Stanford. Keeping this in mind with the food offerings would add an extra value to a place that is far better than numerous establishments I have encountered in the same price and starting range. I love the breakfast spacious set-up. Very clean and feels covid safe. No food is exposed to elements for an extended period of time. KUDOS! This establishment is great creature comforts and plenty of amenities.

This is my first time staying here and I can happily say there is not much to complain about in my recent experience. The only suggestions I have are stated in my previous review of what I did like. I'd like to see healthier options in the mini-market area along with our guilty pleasures. I would also love to see a more diverse menu for breakfast. I'm visiting due to cancer treatment and diet is paramount. Having a hotel that offers a diverse breakfast only adds value to those who may need it most. Meal prep can be quite a chore during treatment. Residence Inn Marriot has already superseded my expectations.

The breakfast was lovely, kids loved making their own waffles. Staff so friendly, lovely peaceful garden/pool area yet so centrally placed. We loved it so much we extended our stay, and my local family will definitely book it for visitors

I hated the plastic cutlery, not eco friendly and didn’t match the quality of food

I liked that the hotel sat back from the road a bit and had another building in front of it because it helped block out the noise from the busy street. I LOVED the size of the room and the arrangement. Having the kitchen amenities was great!

The breakfast could have been better. For example, muffins would have been nice and also some fresh fruit besides apples.

Everything seemed clean and up kept. My daughter and I loved the room, the couch, the swivel tv. The room itself had plenty of space and we loved the bed! Very comfy.

Hallways did smell a little funky, my daughter is the one who pointed it out. She’s more sensitive to smell than I am but I most definitely smelled it. I also promised my daughter she’d have a nice bubble bath before her surgery the next morning but I had so much trouble trying to get it working. Not sure if it was just that room itself but I didn’t care to say anything since it was already 11pm and I was quite tired. The whole point of getting a room at this place was because of the bath tub for her which we couldn’t even use because of the issue we had. You get what you pay for I guess.

The location was perfect. Such a beautiful hotel. Very comfy bed. Clean atmosphere and a cozy room. The lighting was very nice especially the lights around the mirror in bathroom. I really like the fully equipped kitchen. The heating and AC system was fantastic. Next time, I will have to try the complimentary breakfast. Hopefully, my next stay will be longer.

It was my first time at this location. I can’t say anything I would of liked better. I’m a very happy customer. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location good near plenty of stores and restaurants. Quiet although though on a busy road. Garden was a real bonus. Good breakfast. Courteous and very helpful staff

Excellent breakfast, nice long pool, friendly staff. Nice big kitchen and living room.

Folks sleeping on sleeper sofa in living room have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Larger persons might have trouble getting around the tiny bedroom. No lounging chairs at the pool. The parking fees caught us by surprise.

Everything. This was our first experience of a Residence Inn. It will not be our last. We were pleasantly surprised.TheStaff were very helpful and polite. We felt safe.

Thought the daily parking rate was expensive.
